Not a Natural Born Citizen –
Atty Mario Apuzzo has written an excellent piece that sets forth 30 reasons for doubting Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen”. If anyone asks a question about the facts and circumstances that have given rise to Obama’s “natural born citizen” issue, just give or email this article.

We have seen that Obama cannot be an Article II “natural born Citizen” because when he was born, regardless of what place that may be, he was not born to a United States citizen father and mother. The “natural born Citizen” clause of our U.S. Constitution requires that both of the child’s parents be U.S. Citizens at the time of birth. Rather, if Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims, then under the liberalized and questionable meaning of “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” he can be a born Fourteenth Amendment “citizen of the United States” and a “citizen of the United States at birth” under 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401 (a). Again, that citizenship status does not make him an Article II “natural born Citizen.” But what would Obama’s citizenship status be if he was not born in the United States? First, let us examine why there is still existing doubts as to whether Obama was born in Hawaii. Second, let us examine what law would apply to determine Obama’s citizenship status should he not be born in Hawaii or any other part of the United States and what his citizenship status would be under that law. These are the reasons for the existing doubts regarding Obama’s place of birth:

An associate of Mr. Pidgeon has taken a number of questions from me regarding the logistics, process and expectations of both the bankruptcy appeal and the quo warranto petition. I expect to have then posted as another update and/or posting after I’ve received and reviewed them.

In what has become the first exclusive for The Right Side of Life blog, I have been able to confirm specific details of the excellent work that Dianna Cotter of the Portland Civil Rights Examiner began.
My communications with attorney Leo Donofrio can now reveal that he, attorney Stephen Pidgeon, and lead Plaintiff James Anderer will be collaborating on the cases for multiple dealers for a Chrysler Bankruptcy appeal as well as quo warranto:
Sarah Palin –
Atlas Shrugs reports on Sarah Palin this morning. I wonder if Obama is going to arrange a quick photo op with our military on the anniversary of Pearl Harbor. He probably doesn’t know it’s the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
There is so much going on with Palin that the media isn’t covering, it’s hard not to laugh. No coverage of her visit to Walter Reed hospital. I only know about it because her Sioux City appearance was delayed because her visit to Walter Reed went longer than anticipated. Of course Sarah wasn’t looking for media coverage (unlike our attention-whore-in chief), but Atlas is here to tell you that’s where she was. She did it from the heart, did it quietly and without fanfare.
There’s been even less coverage of her number one spot on the New York Times bestseller list. And just under a thousand folks showed up for her Iowa book signing.
And I hear her Fort Hood signing was incredible. Hundreds cheered her arrival. The crowd began chanting “Sarah! Sarah!” just before Palin arrived Friday night. Many stood on chairs, their cameras poised to capture Palin as she entered. During the book-signing, Palin gave a $10,000 check for a fund set up to help soldiers affected by the Nov. 5 shooting (more here).
“I’m joining the efforts of many others by donating my royalties from the book sales during our stop at Fort Hood to the families of the victims whose lives have been forever changed by the tragic events,” she added. (NY Daily News)
