Recently, discussions about utilizing the UCMJ to cause a through investigation of  Mr. Obama and the probability that he is not eligible to hold the Office of Presidency has been active on the Internet.

If Mr. Obama is not Constitutionally eligible to serve as President, then how can he issue any “lawful orders” to our sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, husbands and wives, significant others, mothers and fathers serving in the military? Our family members serving in the military deserve to know that the orders they are following are lawful.

If anyone would like to contact the Joint Chiefs of Staff or the Secretary of Defense and voice your opinion, I am providing contact information for your convenience.

If there are any members of the military reading this, do not “disobey orders”.  There might be some less drastic actions you could pursue if you believe there are serious doubts about Obama’s legitimacy.  I have written several articles speculating on the subject.  If I were in your shoes, I might try talking to my Chaplin first to keep my anonymity.  It could be possible that the Chaplin could raise concerns up the chain of command.  You may also visit Dr. Orly Taitz’s site to see what progress she is making on her legal challenges.  I believe she has contact information available there should you wish to call or email. ( it’s a new site – her old one was sabotaged.)

Njresident thanks for the tip.

The following Daily Star article seems pretty important, however still needs verification. Never the less I think it should be spread to the relevant lawyers for further inspection.

The Daily Star

WASHINGTON: CENTCOM commander General David Petraeus, supported by Defense Secretary Robert Gates, tried to convince President Barack Obama that he had to back down from his campaign pledge to pullout all US combat troops from Iraq within 18 months at an Oval Office meeting on January 21, sources have said.

But Obama informed Gates, Petraeus and Joint Chiefs Chairman Admiral Mike Mullen that he wasn’t convinced and wanted Gates and the military leaders to come back quickly with a detailed 16-month plan, according to two sources who have talked with participants in the meeting.

Obama’s decision to override Petraeus’ recommendation has not ended the conflict between the president and senior military officers over troop withdrawal, however. There are indications that Petraeus and his allies in the military and the Pentagon, including General Ray Odierno, now the top commander in Iraq, have already begun to try to pressure Obama to change his withdrawal policy.

A network of senior military officers is also reported to be preparing to support Petraeus and Odierno by mobilizing public opinion against Obama’s decisionContinue Reading

Larry Sinclair has a post up that talkes about the possibility that Gov. Blagojevich may also be ready to spill the beans on his associates. (Obama?)  In his post, Mr. Sinclair makes an interesting observation about his treatment regarding his allegations against Obama and the treatment given Gov. Blogojevich by Obama’s media friends.  I would add it is the same tactic that Obama is trying to play against Rush Limbaugh, which is right out of Alinsky’s rules for radicals – pick a target, isolate it, polarize it.

A very good article illustrating this tactic is in the National Ledger.
