In a news release today, Army Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin said he is wiling to risk a court-martial in order if that’s what it takes to determine whether or not President Barack Obama is eligible to serve as president of the United States. Not your average officer, Colonel Lakin is the lead flight surgeon charged with caring for Army Chief of Staff General George W. Casey’s pilots and air crew.

Lakin has today informed his superiors that he cannot understand how his oath of office to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution” does not permit military officers to pursue proof of eligibility from his commander-in-chief. Lt. Col. Lakin’s efforts to seek affirmation of the president’s eligibility have been rebuffed with legal evasions. Given the Obama Administration’s “transparency” initiative, many U.S. citizens are also demanding release of the original birth certificate.

Larry Sinclair is running for Congress in Florida District 24. Since going public with his allegations in January 2008 of a drug and sex encounter with Barack Obama in November 1999, Sinclair has been the subject of non stop personal attacks, death threats and fabricated stories meant to discredit him. Methinks many protest too much.

I discovered early in 2008 that the Larry Sinclair story was a much larger story.

1. The initial encounter with Obama in 1999.
2. The Donald Young controversy.
3. The attacks made on Larry Sinclair, those following his story and anyone questioning
the “messiah” Obama.
4. The changing and withholding of internet information and attempts to prevent Larry Sinclair and others from reporting the truth.

When I began asking simple questions about Obama early in 2008 and received orchestrated attacks for doing so, my curiousity was aroused. Within a few months it was apparent that the responses that Larry Sinclair, myself, other bloggers and people like Jon Voight were receiving for questioning Obama werre not just coming from over zealous Obama supporters. Our suspicions were confirmed soon after that when the Obama camp admitted that they employed hundreds of internet warriors. Combined with a bombardment of attacks was an Orwellian effort to rewrite history with wholesale attempts to remove or rewrite internet articles. I constantly referred to the Obama thugs as Orwellian or Nazi Brownshirt in nature. A simple search of this blog will yield many articles on that subject.

Many attempts were made to silence Sinclair. Time after time his websites were shut down, attempts were made to try to stop his speech at the national Press Club and he was arrested on trumped up charges at the conclusion of that speech. The charges came from Delaware Attorney General Biden, the son of Joe Biden.

Twice, Larry Sinclair’s Social Security Disability benefits have been threatened. The last time just a few weeks ago.
The Obama camp believed they could silence Larry Sinclair. They also believed they could silence me and others. They are trying to silence all opposition. Just look at the way they handled the Health care Bill. They operated behind closed doors. This time they weren’t just trying to shut down Larry Sinclair, they were silencing the opposition party and American public. That is why the Larry Sinclair story and Larry Sinclair speaking out is so important. That is why it was so important for me personally, for the past two years, to make sure that the public heard this story.

The Orwellian smear masters are still at it. They have well organized internet thugs going after Sinclair and spreading more vicious lies. I am here to set the record straight. Not just for Larry Sinclair, but for all of us. I would appreciate your help.
Larry Sinclair’s story was the first big revelation about Obama and his past, preceding the extensive corruption ties revealed by the Tony Rezko trial. Larry has continued nonstop to expose Obama for what he is, a narcissist with long time deep crime and corruption ties. So when they attack Sinclair and try to silence him, they are trying to silence the American people.

Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity have presented much about Obama and his administration. However, whatever leash they are on has kept them from covering the deepest scandals surrounding Obama.

An updated investigation report on the scandal known as “Walpingate” adds fuel to the suspicion that President Obama may have fired Gerald Walpin, an independent inspector general, as an illegal act of political cronyism and revenge.

“Throughout our investigation of Mr. Walpin’s removal, the White House has repeatedly communicated that the president was not motivated by inappropriate political reasons,” said Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., one of the authors of the updated report. “The fact is Gerald Walpin led an aggressive investigation of a political ally of President Obama that successfully recovered taxpayer dollars. While firing an investigator who uncovered the abuse of funds by a political ally might be considered an act of ‘political courage’ in Chicago politics, for most Americans it raises troubling questions.”

As WND reported, the White House fired Walpin shortly after the inspector general exposed sexual misconduct and gross misappropriation of federal funds by Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, a prominent Barack Obama supporter.

Independent federal inspectors general, however, are supposed to be granted special protection from political interference or retaliation – thanks in part to a law co-sponsored by then-Sen. Barack Obama – to ensure they are free to investigate waste and fraud uninfluenced by political cronyism.

The firing led to an investigation by inspectors general advocate Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and ranking member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Rep. Darrell Issa. Their initial 62-page report last November concluded that the administration did not adhere to the law governing inspectors general, that Obama’s defense against charges of political retaliation was “unsupported and unpersuasive” and that the White House “orchestrated an after-the-fact smear campaign to justify” Walpin’s termination.

The report also warned that it was necessarily incomplete because the White House had refused to surrender key documents and information needed to finish the investigation.

 Last night, Steve Pidgeon and I prepared and filed our “Designation of Contents” for the Appellate record (Docket No. 6523) to be certified to the District Court along with a Motion to Join (Docket No. 6524)  six more former Chrysler dealers (bringing the total to 82 clients).

While preparing the designation, neither of us had the docket number on hand for the June 19, 2009 Dealer Rejection Opinion.  This is the Opinion issued by Judge Gonzalez wherein he perpetrates a fraud on the Court by inserting testimony into the record – by way of  judicial ventriloquism – which does not exist in the record.

Not having the docket number, I went to the public docket for the Chrysler case which is reached by the URL – http://www.kccllc.net/default.asp?R=CD.  The docket and all important documents for the Chrysler bankruptcy and sale are hosted by  Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC.

When you click through to the host site, you also need to locate the “Old Car Co” tab by using the “View All” drop down box.  Then click on “M-O” which will bring you to the following header, “09-50002 | Old Carco LLC (f/k/a Chrysler LLC) (Creditors’ Committee)“.  Click that, accept the terms, and you will gain access to all of the public documents.  The docket is reached by hitting the “Court Documents” button on the left side of the page.  This brings you to a search engine for the docket which contains over 6500 documents.

The docket number for the fraudulent June 19, 2009 Rejection Opinion by Judge Gonzalez is “4145″.  But if you plug that number into the search engine, it now returns a blank entry (see image above).

Furthermore, if you reach the page containing all of the entries for June 19, 2009, you will see that the docket skips from 4144 to 4146, mysteriously ignoring the enigmatic 4145.

A Public Policy Polling nationwide survey of 1,151 registered voters Jan. 18-19 found that 49 percent of Americans trusted Fox News, 10 percentage points more than any other network.

Thirty-seven percent said they didn’t trust Fox, also the lowest level of distrust that any of the networks recorded. …

… Forty-four percent said they did not trust NBC, which was combined with its sister cable station MSNBC.

Thirty-two percent of respondents said they trusted CBS, while 31 percent trusted ABC. Both CBS and ABC were not trusted by 46 percent of those polled…

“Given the pressure Republican candidates feel from the extreme right in their party, there is a critical – yet time-sensitive –opportunity for Democratic candidates,” a DSCC memo, obtained by CNN, states. “We have a finite window when Republicans candidates will feel susceptible to the extremists in their party. Given the urgent nature of this dynamic, we suggest an aggressive effort to get your opponents on the record.”

Specifically, the DSCC wants Democratic candidates to pin down their likely opponents on several hot-button issues, including:

- Do you believe that Barack Obama is a U.S.citizen?
- Do you think the Tenth Amendment bars Congress from issuing regulations like minimum healthcare coverage standards?
- Do you think programs like Social Security and Medicare represent socialism, and should never have been created in the first place?
- Do you think President Obama is a socialist?
- Do you think America should return to a gold standard?

Honestly, it’s not a bad strategy. They’ve got nothing left to offer independents, as Brown’s win proved only too well, and they’re too fatally compromised by ObamaCare to recast themselves as small-government types now. Where's the documentation that proves that Obama is a 'natural born citizen' - see the list below.

If Democrats do decide to use the ‘natural born citizen’ issue to attack opposition candidates, the candidate had better be prepared.

First of all, if the question is asked about is Obama a ‘citizen’, one might answer –

Well (Chris), as you know there is a difference between being an ordinary ‘citizen’ and being a ‘natural born citizen’ – and the Supreme Court has not to date clarified exactly what the term means. 

Historically it involved making sure the person leading the country and our military does not have divided loyalties. 

As to the question is Obama a citizen – I haven’t seen anything that would cause me to believe that Obama was not born in Hawaii.  However, Obama could have easily put the issue to rest by being more forthright about releasing documents that every other candidate has released.  That would have been the common sense thing to do. He still can!

The cases of three Navy SEALs who have been accused of assaulting a suspected terrorist and then attempting to cover it up have drawn a lot of attention – and support. There have been various ways through which people were able to express support for the SEALs and provide them with much-needed financial assistance to help defray legal expenses. Support rallies have been organized and websites set up for charities that accept donations and hand these donations over to the SEALs’ lawyers.

 

The U.S. Navy SEALs Store is expressing its support for Navy SEALs Matthew McCabe, Julio Huertas and Jonathan Keefe by selling t-shirts that show that they are behind the SEALs.

 

The shirts come in two designs, one emblazoned with the words “SUPPORT OUR SEALS” and the other “CONDEMN THE TERRORISTS, NOT OUR HEROES”. The shirts sell for $20 each.

 

These shirts, however, give the wearer more than just a way of showing to the world that he or she is behind the Navy SEALs; the U.S. Navy SEALs store is donating half of the t-shirts’ purchase price – $10 – to the Warrior Defense Fund. … Continue Reading

 On Veteran’s Day, The American Spectator ran an article that every man and woman in the military needs to read.  This article is also a keeper because it summarizes much of what has not been adequately reported in the media.

The Man Who Despises America

The very next paragraph is going to make the nut jobs on the far left excitable beyond belief. I am not referring to all Democrats or even a majority of liberals. I am singling out the “they’ve-lost-all-touch-with-reality” crowd. This includes Media Matters for America led by the admitted hit-and-run, drunk-driving serial liar. The group includes the unshaven, bathrobe-clad unemployed who live in their mother’s basement and are devout followers of MoveOn.Org. It is also the bitter, aging spinster working at the New York Times, the morbidly obese documentary film maker, and cable TV news’ resident drama queen who hosts MSNBC’s Countdown. They are about to simultaneously suffer from brain aneurisms. So without further delay, I’ll say it.

Barack Obama despises America.

When people who voted for Obama in 2008 — including registered Democrats — start speaking in normal conversational voices at dinner parties, neighborhood gatherings and PTA meetings that the over-inflated ego from Chicago has it “in for America,” then it’s clear most reasonable people have reached the same conclusion.

The central conviction of Obama’s ideology is that America is guilty of limitless moral failures and is the chief architect of the world’s ills. Obama has boundless enmity for America, its key institutions, and its longtime allies. Consider these facts.

The 30-years of Obama’s post-adolescent life are radical by any measure. First, he grew up listening to the ramblings of committed Communist Frank Marshall Davis. It had such a profound effect on him that he wrote fondly of Davis in his first book. In fact, that book is replete with statement after statement about how the U.S. is deeply flawed. Most Americans believe in American exceptionalism. Not so with Obama.

Patriotic Americans would not have listened to the bigoted, anti-Semitic, hate-America rants of a fringe religious leader for 20 seconds let alone for 20 years. Yet, Obama who admitted he attended services at Trinity United Church at least twice a month for two decades called Jeremiah Wright his mentor and his moral sounding board.

Nor would most Americans cultivate a close friendship with an admitted domestic terrorist and his wife whose most notable life’s accomplishments were to set off bombs that killed and maimed innocent people.

Joining Al Sharpton and Jeremiah Wright in organizing attendance at Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan’s 1995 march on Washington is beyond imaginable. Especially after Farrakhan demonstrated public support for Colonel Muammar Qaddafi during the Libyan Leader’s most bellicose years against the U.S., which included Libyan complicity in numerous terrorist attacks.

Obama’s view of America in national security and foreign affairs is profoundly disappointing to say the least.

Americans overwhelmingly view the men and women who saved Europe and the Far East during World War II as comprising the Greatest Generation. By his comments and actions, President Obama obviously thinks otherwise.

Obama did not honor American greatness on the 60th anniversary of the Berlin Airlift while on his first European trip. Instead, he accused “America [of having] shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive” toward its European allies.

He also denigrated the accomplishments of the American G.I. during World War II in the Pacific theater when he offered a thinly veiled apology for the U.S. having dropped the A-bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Those acts brought the war to a swift conclusion, perhaps saving hundreds of thousands of lives when it appeared Japan was prepared to wage an island-by-island battle to the last man.

Obama ordered the release of the so-called CIA “torture memos,” seriously damaging delicate intelligence relations with allied nations and placing at grave risk the safety of U.S. intelligence officers working overseas. The impact of his action handcuffs the ability of U.S. intelligence officials to protect the U.S. and American interests from acts of terrorism.

In a matter of weeks last spring, Obama gave deference to a variety of belligerent leaders while stiff-arming longtime American allies. First, he called for closer relations with Cuba while ignoring that nation’s long list of continuing human rights abuses. Then he warmly welcomed Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez at an Organization of American States summit.

Next, he failed to respond and set the record straight after Nicaragua’s Communist leader Daniel Ortega listed alleged U.S. crimes and atrocities during a nearly one-hour rant at the OAS meeting. It is unsettling that in his own remarks Obama incorrectly claimed the OAS has 36 members rather than the actual 34. Ortega and the hemisphere’s other Socialist leaders claim the OAS would include 36 members if Cuba and an independent Puerto Rico were allowed to join. Mere coincidence or Freudian slip?

Immediately following the OAS embarrassments, Obama ignored a request from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to meet. Obama would repeat this snub six months later before agreeing at the last moment to meet Netanyahu after the Israeli leader was en route the U.S. ….….Continue Reading

We know absolutely no one in Bush family circles and have never met former President George W. Bush or his wife Laura.

If you have been reading us for any length of time, you know that we used to make fun of “Dubya” nearly every day…parroting the same comedic bits we heard in our Democrat circles, where Bush is still, to this day, lampooned as a chimp, a bumbling idiot, and a poor, clumsy public speaker.

Oh, how we RAILED against Bush in 2000…and how we RAILED against the surge in support Bush received post-9/11 when he went to Ground Zero and stood there with his bullhorn in the ruins on that hideous day.

We were convinced that ANYONE who was president would have done what Bush did, and would have set that right tone of leadership in the wake of that disaster.  President Gore, President Perot, President Nader, you name it.  ANYONE, we assumed, would have filled that role perfectly.

Well, we told you before how much the current president, Dr. Utopia, made us realize just how wrong we were about Bush.  We shudder to think what Dr. Utopia would have done post-9/11.  He would have not gone there with a bullhorn and struck that right tone.  More likely than not, he would have been his usual fey, apologetic self and waxed professorially about how evil America is and how justified Muslims are for attacking us, with a sidebar on how good the attacks were because they would humble us.

Honestly, we don’t think President Gore would have been much better that day.  The world needed George W. Bush, his bullhorn, and his indominable spirit that day…and we will forever be grateful to this man for that.

As we will always be grateful for what George and Laura Bush did this week, with no media attention, when they very quietly went to Ft. Hood and met personally with the families of the victims of this terrorist attack.

Honduras: Other side of story

In the past, Honduras was dominated by military dictatorships, but democracy finally came. It hit a snag, though, on June 28 when the military arrested its president and deported him. President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton condemed the military action, but there’s another side to the story.

….Honduran democracy hit a snag on June 28 when the military arrested President Manuel Zelaya and deported him. Around the world, leaders denounced this coup and demanded the president’s return. Both President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton condemned the military action.

But there’s another side to the story. A Colorado legislator, Morgan Smith, visited Honduras and wrote a Denver Post commentary saying Zelaya richly deserved removal.  Here’s his account:

A wealthy rancher, Zelaya was elected in 2005 but began behaving tyrannically. He demanded a chance to seek a second term, although the country’s constitution forbids it. The Honduran Congress rebuffed his request for a referendum to change the constitution. He appealed to the Supreme Court, which rejected him. When the top military commander wouldn’t support his effort, the president fired him. Zelaya tried to proceed with the referendum on his own, but the attorney general said it was illegal.

The president ordered his followers to break into a military compound where ballots were stored, and distribute them. Congress, controlled by his own party, voted 122 to six to remove him from office. The Supreme Court ordered the military to arrest Zelaya and deport him (on a premise that his supporters might rebel if he remained in the country). A legislative leader became acting president, with no right to seek the office in November elections.

Zelaya attempted illegally “to consolidate his power and seek a lifelong presidency,” Smith wrote. He quoted Hondurans as saying the president “went crazy the last year.”

The media has done all that it could to run from this story.  It ran from this story like it did the John Edward’s affair story because he was a leading Democrat until they couldn’t run from anymore.  However, there is no limit on how long the media will run from Larry Sinclair’s story because this story is not only about a leading Democrat. Larry Sinclair’s story is also about someone for whom they hold his soap when he showers, dry his hair, dress him up, clean up his messes, wipe his butt and make excuses for him because they gave birth to him.  Without the Media there would be no Obama.  The Obama Illusion will not be allowed to be tarnished as long as the media has a say.

I heard from a GOP friend who passed on a message from a GOP collegue.  The person is a 20 year GOP “vet”, a local activist.  He was present last night at the great Rumble in Tampa:

“…I just got home and am completely energized after Democrat Congresswoman Cathy Castor’s Town Hall meeting turned into a near-riot tonight. She was shouted down, she left after 13 minutes under police escort while union thugs were beating up those who protested because they couldn’t get in. I am trying to get copies of various videotapes up on YouTube…a couple links follow.

I had REDACTED get there an hour & half early and he said they had the doors shut but the SEIC Union and local Dem party leaders allowed their supporters in through a back door so the could fill in the front of the hall with the pro side. So when the doors opened, there were only a few seats left and they closed the doors. There were close to 1,000 of our people outside and they started chanting “Move it outside…move it outside” and “Just say no” The Dems have lost control of this issue & we have finally energized our base and expanded our appeal. 95% of our “protesters” were people I have NEVER seen before. These really are just local residents, neighbors, and voters who are fed up with where Obama s taking our country. It was so refreshing to see the momentum and the Dems can’t figure it out. I talked toe who said he had never seen the Republicans be protesters before and I laughed and said me either and I have no idea who they are, although many were independents and even democrats who feel it has just gone too far….”

I’ve been following Larry Sinclair’s story for a year.  I checked it out as a joke.  Then I found it interesting.  Funny thing, along the way I realized that the man is like the Energizer Bunny.  He has never changed his tune.  He has never stopped.  Along the way he has endured some nasty stuff including an arrest by one of Joe Biden’s sons.  The man has been harassed.  They have attempted to intimidate him.  All Larry Sinclair did was write a book.For those who ignored his warning that Obama and his minions were frightening and excelled at threats, intimidation, and violence, well, we ignored him.  When David Axelrod said to punch back twice as hard, no one took him literally. It looks like Larry Sinclair is right.  And, he may be one of the bravest men in America.

In for a Penny, in for a Pound – Media Viciousness and Obfuscating the Meaning of “Natural Born Citizen”

(It’s a “Fukino” Teachable Moment)

Yesterday, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, chose to weigh in on the Obama “Natural Born Citizen” controversy again.  This time Dr. Fukino went much further than she had before. This time Dr. Fukino held herself out as a Constitutional Law Expert by declaring that Mr. Obama is a “Natural Born Citizen.”  I was very surprised by her new statement considering the Supreme Court of the United States has never fully delineated the meaning of the term, “Natural Born Citizen”.

In Minor v. Happersett, decided in 1874, 6 years after the adoption of the 14^th Amendment to Constitution, the Supreme Court expressly recognized that doubts (unanswered questions) concerning who is a “Natural Born Citizen” remain and that the Court must look outside the Constitution for its meaning because the phrase is not defined within its boarders.  These doubts remain today (Wong Kim Ark, 1898 notwithstanding, see here). Much to our current chagrin, the facts in Minor did not require the Court to address the unresolved “Natural Born Citizen” issues; so usual, the Court chose not to do so. That is really unfortunate for us. The Court could have saved millions of Americans tons of stress today had they, with perfect 20/20 foresight, simply addressed just a few possible situations.

Supreme Court in Minor stated:

..The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their [88 U.S. 162, 168] parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts…

So what can we learn from Minor v. Happersett? Contrary to what the media would have you believe, the decision in Minor v. Happersett illuminates several key considerations/unknowns regarding who can be a “Natural Born Citizen” that make today’s eligibility controversy an important and legitimate “legal issue” for millions of Americans; and especially, for those in the military who follow the “lawful orders” of the President. Speaking only for myself (though I suspect the same is true for the vast majority of others; especially attorneys, veterans, and military personnel), this has never been a “birther issue”, a “sore loser issue” nor a “racial issue”, it is and has been a legal issue.

And speaking of this as a legal issue – Anyone reading just the quoted paragraph from Minor v Happersett carefully and thinking about it would likely come away with several of the following insights:

1 – There is a difference in meaning between the terms “Citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen”. The Supreme Court would not have said, “The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens.”

2 – It is necessary to look outside the Constitution to gleam the framers’ intended meaning. “Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar…” Note: one such reference with which the framers would have been familiar is The Law of Nations or the Principles of Natural Law (1758) by Emmerich de Vattel. See the work of Leo Donofrio for a more complete explanation of who can be a “Natural Born Citizen.” (Linking to Mr. Donofrio’s site just now, I discovered he is also writing about Dr. Fukino today I’ll read it later.)

3 – Given that Minor was decided 6 years after the adoption of the 14^th Amendment to the Constitution, using a 14^th Amendment argument to make Mr. Obama a “Natural Born Citizen” seems disingenuous. If the 14^th Amendment had been intended to modify the meaning of the term “Natural Born Citizen”, it would have mentioned it.

4 – There is no doubt that a person born to two “Citizens” of the United States in the United States is a “Natural Born Citizen.” “… there have been doubts, but never as to the first.” This is the “first” situation the Court was talking about.

5 – The possibility has not been ruled out (reading the above paragraph) that a person born outside the U. S. to parents who are both U.S. Citizens is not a “Natural Born Citizen”. This is similar to the McCain situation. This question certainly deserves clarification. My gut says such a person would be a “Natural Born Citizen” as long as there are not multiple citizenship possibilities involved.

8 – There is doubt that a person born in the United States to parents, one or both of whom are not “Citizens”, can be a “Natural Born Citizen”. “Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their [88 U.S. 162, 168] parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.” Again the issue of multiple citizenships/allegiances arises..

7 – Given the situation above (6), there would be doubts that a person born outside the United States “without reference to the citizenship of their parents” can be a “Natural Born Citizen.”

8 – The Supreme Court in Minor (6 years post 14^th Amendment) did not resolve these doubts. “For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts.”

9 – Therefore, even if Obama was born in Hawaii, his eligibility to serve as President has not been resolved, as his father was not a “Citizen” and multiple allegiances could be in play. (Kenya/Indonesia/Adoption/British Law)

As you can see – there are questions, legal questions, legitimate questions, important questions that affect not only Obama, but could affect the political ambitions of people of every party. (I’m thinking about Bobby Jindal, but I don’t know his history.)  It is past time for clarification from the courts.  Who is a “Natural Born Citizen”?

Why did the framers use the term “Natural Born Citizen” instead of the basic term “Citizen”? I believe it was to try, as best they could, to maintain the highest level of certainty that the person occupying the Oval Office would not have divided loyalties to other countries and would have a deep understanding of America values.  I think it was important to them then that the leader of America would not have a conflicted vision when looking out for America’s interests. I think it would be important to them now.

The situation in America today clearly shows that the framers of the Constitution were right in requiring an elevated level of citizenship in order to serve as President; and they were surely aware that, such systems are not fool proof. The framers did the best they could do and now it’s up to the Courts to keep that protection in place.

In my last article, I said as an example: “We would not want an arsonist to be able to become a fireman. If a person does not have a clean record regarding arson, he or she should not be allowed to be a fireman.  It’s not a guarantee that a fireman with no criminal record of arson is not an arsonist, but it’s a step that gives an added measure security.” These measures are entirely about trying to ensure the strongest allegiance to the Constitution and the United States possible. Citizenships are only indicators of allegiance, the red flags, and the criminal records.  Just to be clear, it’s not about xenophobia – it’s about non-conflicted allegiance. (I can hear the media spin now.) But, sometimes even people with all the right papers still want to destroy America. I’m not saying Obama has all the right papers, as that remains to be seen.  I’m saying the framers did their job. The rest, it’s up to a free and responsible media to do with proper diligence to keep all the arsonists out of the house.  It’s their job to discover the hidden agendas, the vulnerabilities, the warts.

And I am saying that wouldn’t it be less likely that Obama would be trying so hard to dismantle America and her economic systems, to be replaced with a socialist style system; trying so hard to cut our defenses; trying so hard to alienate our friends and embolden our enemies, and trample our Constitution had he not been so exposed to his fathers’ loyalties and connections in Kenya and Indonesia? Ordinga? Had he not been so exposed to the close circle of radicals his family was involved with? Had he not been so exposed to their loyalties to socialism? Had he not be so exposed to their loyalties to anti-American sentiments? Is there a reason he’s so hostile to Israel? Aren’t all these symptoms of a President with a “conflicted vision” (or worse) when looking out for America’s interests? I hope you all remember the media was completely absent about all this, AWOL, running from and covering up anything critical of Obama during the election. They were running from William Ayers, Tony Rezko, Gov. Blago, Rev. Wright, Farrakhan, the socialist mentor who was a pedophile – Frank somebody, questions about Obama fund raising, lack of patriotism, and ACORN. (Ask Larry Sinclair about how many media people approached him.) They didn’t look for the hidden agendas, the vulnerabilities, the warts. I guess now since they were in for a penny then, they might as well be in for a pound.

When I see the media and others viciously attempt to portray those (especially military personnel) with legitimate questions and concerns about Obama meeting the Constitutional requirements to serve as President of the United States as “fringe”, “zombie birthers”, “right-wing kooks”, “tin-foil hat wearing people”, “fictional nonsense“, “nut jobs” or any other derogatory terms; I find it very troubling.  Don’t people (right, left or center) realize what we are losing when we make it an offense to ask questions in America?

As I watch Lou Dobbs continue to be vilified daily by Obama supporters, I wonder if there are any arenas in America politics where differences can be resolved with civility.  Lou Dobbs has been a respected member of the press for decades.  But let him make one statement that does not conform to the group speak of the left; he is immediately eviscerated in the public square.

I find myself asking, why did Dr. Fukino feel compelled to expand her original statement from October 2008 to include a place of birth for Obama and a legal term describing him as a “Natural Born Citizen”?  Why is she crawling out on this limb?  For months the media has been misrepresenting her October statement to include both assertions as fact. Was crawling further out necessary? Was pressure applied?  Why was pressure applied? Is the pressure directed at U.S. District Judge David O. Carter, presiding judge in Dr. Orly Taitz’s case Alan Keyes, et al. v Barack H. Obama, et al., who has indicated that he will hear this issue on the merits? Is it to the Judge in Kerchner v. Obama? Is it pressure to back off or be ruined?

Here’s Dr. Fukino’s original statement:

For Immediate Release: October 31, 2008 08-93

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai’i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai’i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

Obviously, she could have stated that Obama was born in Hawaii then, but she didn’t. Why not?  Not quite comfortable?

Here’s Dr. Fukino’s statement from yesterday:

“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai’i State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago….”

This is a very different statement from the one in October 2008.  Additionally, it has been reported that Dr. Fukino denied CNN President Klien’s recent statement that CNN had investigated and found that the originals of Obama’s birth certificate had been discarded in 2001.  Does anyone wonder why the media is not trusted? Why politicians are not trusted? And they keep doubling down with more misinformation – in for a penny, in for a pound.

CNN got caught spinning this time.  But let me be clear (as Obama says), the media in general is always spinning, riding their BOcycles.  Obama is spinning.  Robert Gibbs is trying to spin.  Is Dr. Fukino also spinning? By including the phrase “Natural Born Citizen”, it certainly seems so.

All of the players appear to be involved in trying to obfuscate and blur the meanings of the terms “Citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” to shape public opinion and to make it unacceptable to ask questions critical of the Obama Administration.  In for a penny, in for a pound! I do believe people will eventually see through this slight of hand trick and start paying more attention.

They say that everything has a good side. It’s probably true here too. With the media’s exaggerated negative reporting and spin, regular people are more likely to recognize it for what it is and look for places expressing the rest of the story. I bet Lou Dobbs’ ratings have gone up.  When the media takes tones that are unbecoming for professional reporters and journalists; and resorts to name calling, more people read articles like this one. When they make it personal with name calling, people ask why?  That’s a real good question.

Whatever the answer is – it’s when I get to try to explain that this eligibility issue is really just a legal issue, albeit one of great consequence.  It’s when people try to find Dr. Orly Taitz on internet radio explaining her positions.  It’s when the lawyers such as Philip Berg, Leo Donofrio, Apuzzo, Stephen Pidgeon and many others find the opportunity to explain the legal issues and why they matter.

It sure would be nice if the media could refrain from hurling insults, do their jobs, and aid in finding out why Obama is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep so many relevant documents secret.  It sure would be nice if the media were in for a penny and in for a pound for our freedoms.

Oh well, I’ll dream on about that.  But please remember, this is an important issue.  Important to millions of Americans, important to the health and well being of our Constitution and it is vitally important to the members of our military.
