Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama.

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

The DOJ will be involved with the case also…. I wasn’t clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.

Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.

Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

In a perfect world former Honduran President Manuel Zelaya would be in jail in his own country right now, awaiting trial. The Honduran attorney general has charged him with deliberately violating Honduran law and the Supreme Court ordered his arrest in Tegucigalpa on June 28.

But the Honduran military whisked him out of the country, to Costa Rica, when it executed the court’s order.

His expulsion has given his supporters ammunition to allege that he was treated unlawfully. Now he is an international hero of the left. U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Cuban dictator Raúl Castro, and Venezuela’s Hugo Chávez are all insisting that he be restored to power. This demand is baseless. Mr. Zelaya’s detention was legal, as was his official removal from office by Congress.

If there is anything debatable about the crisis it is the question of whether the government can defend the expulsion of the president. In fact it had good reasons for that move and they are worth Mrs. Clinton’s attention if she is interested in defending democracy.

Sitting in his seventh-floor Park Avenue home, he can remember when U.S. Attorney General Robert Kennedy summoned him to discuss prosecuting Roy M. Cohn, the attack dog for Joe McCarthy. He recalls Ethel Kennedy serving them tea or coffee as Kennedy’s huge dog lumbered over to lap at the creamer.

He smiles with satisfaction relaying how he verbally pummeled Woody Allen’s child psychologist on the stand to help Mia Farrow in her 1993 child custody case. “I did murder,” he says, “figuratively, not literally.”

What he can’t explain is why President Barack Obama fired him last month as the inspector general pursuing a case against Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson for misuse of federal grant funds.

He said he has heard various explanations for his firing, the most recent that he appeared at a May 20 board meeting of the Corporation for National and Community Service in a “confused, disoriented” state.

A BOOK REVIEW BY SOMEONE WHO READ THE BOOK: Not The Fake Obot Reviews Posted at BN.com and Amazon.com

Couldn’t find a listing for your book at Barnes & Noble so I posted this comment on Pat Buchanan’s blog. You have my permission to post it on your blog if you so desire, Larry…
I have just finished reading a book written by Lawrence W. Sinclair which title is:

BARACK OBAMA & LARRY SINCLAIR: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & MURDER?

The book is unique in a couple of ways. First, a separate ‘Note’ that came with the book (I have a numbered and autographed copy — one of the ‘early’ printings) that states “…some minor printing errors after the printer was instructed to print.” It goes on to say that I could return the book and get one of the subsequently corrected copies. It also said that the “…errors are in the printing ONLY and not in the content.”

I will state now that I wouldn’t return his book for anything; printing flaws and all. That book will be an historical collector’s item in no time…

As to the content: The author wrote his book under the most trying of circumstances including threats on his life and his family’s lives. The lies that have been told about him, by Obama supporters, among people in high places, in government and the news media only attest to one thing; THE BOOK IS TOTALLY NON-FICTION.

Plato (the philosopher) once pointed out that truth has a certain ring to it; Sinclair’s book, without a doubt, proves Plato’s point. The ‘ring of truth’ in his (Larry’s) book is loud and clear.

If you would like to learn of the depth politicians will go to amass power — if you would like to learn of just a few of the ‘deals’ politicians make with the devil, get a copy of Sinclair’s book. It will disgust you — it will make you want to vomit — it will make you angry as hell. Above all, it will make you realize “…this isn’t Kansas, Toto.” It is beyond belief that Mr. Sinclair was able to even publish his book, let alone have it printed.

Two things are for sure: 1) After reading it you will know what type of hoodlum resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and 2) Although Larry Sinclair is an admitted gay person, he is more of a ‘man’ than 99 percent of the politicians in Washington.

This is not a diatribe against a ‘black’ president: There are many black men and women I would vote for in a heart-beat. Also, for those who now support Obama, read Sinclair’s book and ask yourself if your mind has been changed. If not, read it again…

Well I pampered myself today and stayed home from work so I could finally read your book. So I curled up on the couch today, with the doggies, and spent the whole morning doing what I’ve been waiting to do for so long… reading “Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder”.

I have to tell you Larry that I was very impressed by how beautifully it flowed. You were very informative along with keeping it entertaining as well. You didn’t waste time with irrelevant chitchat for effect. Instead, you made sure to present the important facts and details. To put it in a nutshell, YOU DID GOOD!

Now I can’t wait to see it hit the bookstores. I plan to go to all the bookstores in this area and make sure they are properly displayed. If they’re not, I’ll raise HELL.

In a sick, puppy dog puff piece over at the Puff Ho and Newsweek on Attorney General Eric Holder, there is continued movement in left wing media circles to promote Obama’s idea of criminalizing those who defended this country from the bloody madness of the war declared on the U.S. on 911.

Although Mr Obama has made foreign policy pronouncements for some parts of the world since assuming office in January, this year, he is yet to make one for Africa, and his visit to the country, which the White House describes as “one of our most trusted partners in sub-Saharan Africa”, is expected to be used as a platform to unveil his foreign policy for Africa.

“It is expected that President Obama will make a major foreign policy statement on Africa”, Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alhaji Mohammed Mumuni, told the Daily Graphic.

For Ghana, Obama’s visit will be a celebration of another milestone in African history as it hosts the first-ever African-American President on this presidential visit to the continent of his birth.

How did we miss this before?

This picture and the accompanying story ran in a NY Times blog back on January 20, 2009, the week before the inauguration of Barack Obama. The pictures are puzzling and a bit amusing, the story is kind of interesting (in a yadayadayada kind of way), and the public comments are nauseating. I’ll try to summarize each of these elements, but I fear if I have to read some of those comments more than twice, I’ll likely be too queasy to finish.

Here we see our current president in a picture from his college days, sitting next to his self-professed best friend and roommate, Sohale Siddiqi. These photos were taken in 1981, according to the NYT article. And by the way, isn’t that sofa upholstery the same material as Michelle Obama’s Inauguration Day outfit?

And who took the picture? Obama’s other roommate, Phil Boerner, who was the voluntary source of these pictures and was interviewed for the blog article in NYT from January. His picture is below, but please don’t peek ahead!

California attorney Orly Taitz, who has pursued multiple legal challenges to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be the president, is attracting high-level attention, with the Justice Department trying to add itself onto one of her cases and the legal counsel for the Joint Chiefs of Staff being assigned to review another issue.

Taitz has filed multiple legal actions around the country alleging Obama does not meet the constitutional requirements to occupy the Oval Office. One of her cases, filed against Obama as an individual for actions before he took office, is scheduled for a hearing in a California court Monday.

The hearing is on a request by Taitz for a default judgment, since she explains she notified the president of the action weeks ago, and his lawyers failed to respond.

A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida with orders to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has filed a court demand to be classified as a “conscientious objector” because without proof of the commander-in-chief’s eligibility for office, the entire army “becomes merely a corps of chattel slaves under the illegitimate control of a private citizen.”

A hearing on the questions raised by Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, an engineer who told WND he wants to serve his country in Afghanistan, already has been scheduled for July 16 at 9:30 a.m., according to California attorney Orly Taitz, who is handling the claim.

Cook told WND he’s ready, willing and able to carry out the military needs of the United States, but he raised the challenge to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president because if he would be captured by enemy forces while serving overseas under the orders of an illegitimate president, he could be considered a “war criminal.”

“As an officer in the armed forces of the United States, it is [my] duty to gain clarification on any order we may believe illegal. After reading it I have no doubt whatsoever that Larry Sinclair is telling the truth. He is open, honest, and in my opinion, not seeking a payoff. He freely acknowledges all of his own faults including his life of crime from his teens onward for about twenty years. Even though he’s queer and I’m straight, he reminds me of myself, someone who cares very much about the truth getting out just for the sake of truthfulness. The truth is that Barack Obama sold him cocaine in Chicago in 1999. Barack Obama smoked crack while Larry Sinclair gave Obama blow-jobs twice, once in a limousine and the next day in a hotel room. It is almost certain that Barack Obama and Reverend Wright were the two who orchestrated the murder of Donald Young, the homosexual choirboy lover of Barack Obama, at the Chicago church in order to avoid a scandal. And now that murder is not being investigated by the Chicago police for it would no doubt lead to the White House.

Obama supporters talk about how totally in love and happy this guy is with Michelle yet he is photographed starring at another woman’s backside in Italy. Barack Obama is not truly interested in this woman, but needs to project the image as his true colors are about to be disclosed worldwide in the recently released Book.

I am pleased to say that the International customers are looking forward to spreading word of the Book.

Of course, to see what I see, I put on my own truth detector glasses.  They seem to be spot on so far and they work for the entire Obama Administration.

Obama Heading Wrong Direction on Climate Change - Carbon Capture, Storage and Use Makes More Sense Than Killing Millions of Jobs With CAP and TAX

For Obama, it’s not about climate change.  It’s about the opportunity to have more control over business.  The CAP and TAX legislation will cost many businesses and millions of jobs and create an opportunity for another big crisis that Rahm Emanuel does not want to waste.  If climate change were the goal, Obama would be looking closer at developing technologies to remove CO2 from the atmosphere, storing carbon and finding ways to use the stored carbon!  Obama would be pushing for a resurgence of nuclear power in North America.   He would not be trying to create opportunities for his buddies (Al Gore) to make billions from trading carbon credits.  It’s total crap – slight of hand for more control and opportunities for the select few.

Progress is being made but it needs to be encouraged through tax breaks, not job killing tax hikes (see articles below).

The CAP and TAX has been shown in other countries to be a disaster.  India and China will keep pumping CO2 in the atmosphere while Obama wrecks our economy even further than he has already done with Obamanomics.  Total Crap, a shell game, power grab, socialist bullshit.  Amen!

I guess Glenn Beck was right and I need to pay more attention to this issue.  No wonder the “progressives”/left was so upset when Gov. Tucson, Arizona resident Kenneth Allen filed a petition with the United States District Court on July 6 alleging that his original request for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) materials had not been completely fulfilled (h/t Repubx.com):

Ken Allen had previously filed a FOI Request for information about one Barry Soetoro. The information requested, among other things, included Barry Soetoro’s school records and his Alien number. Ken has reason to believe that the Defendants in this Complaint have illegally prevented him from receiving the requested information, thus, the Lawsuit.

Ken Allen filed the original Request based on information and belief (not stated) that:

1. When registering as an attorney in the state of Illinois, Obama was required to fill out a form which asked for “Full Former Names” used. Obama wrote “None”. The other names he has used, that we currently know, are: Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham.

2. Obama has “sealed” all U.S. birth, school and business records filed under the Barack Obama name via legal action along with an Executive Order of Jan. 26, 2009.

3. If it is found that he has “sealed” all of the above mentioned records filed under the name of “Barry Soetoro”, it would be an admission of Perjury… a felony, plus an admission of ineligibility… cause for removal.

4. If he has not “sealed” or “scrubbed” these records, they will be available under the FOIA, hence the Complaint.

Who can forget how the media derided and mocked George W. Bush when, after a 2001 visit, he said of Vladimir Putin, “I looked the man in the eye. I was able to get a sense of his soul, a man deeply committed to his country and the best interests of his country.”

They pounded him relentlessly. Six years later the NY Times was still running headlines like Mr. Bush Gets Another Look into Putin’s eyes.

So it is amusing to watch the media cows groveling at Obama groveling to an evil despot (note, in the article, the media is still blaming Bush). Am I the only American who winces in embarrassment when Obama does his ass kissing/apology tours?

Obama Lauds Putin’s ‘Extraordinary Work’ in Visit to Mend Ties

July 7 (Bloomberg) — U.S. President Barack Obama lauded Prime Minister Vladimir Putin for his service to Russia, continuing a three-day push to overcome the animosities of the George W. Bush era.

“I am aware of not only the extraordinary work you have done on behalf of the Russian people in your previous role as prime minister — as president — but in your current role as prime minister,” Obama told Putin.

Yes, invading Georgia was an extraordinary moment. He appears weak and easily beatable. The man is groveling to Russia. I am going to puke.

Obama has accomplished worse than nothing. He abandoned our allies in the region as he dumps a desperately needed missile defense plan for Poland.

When queried in his press conference with Mededev by Ben Feller of the Associated Press as to whether he trusted his Russian counterpart and whether he believed he’s truly in charge, Obama said:

They have tried SO hard to prevent this from happening. See how effective the “truth squad” is, David, Michael & Billy? I’d like to see David write in his upcoming book “Audacity to Win” the truth about Larry Sinclair’s illegal arrest without a warrant due to the possible exposure of Obama’s & Reverend Wright’s connection to Donald Young’s murder in 2007; the crack Cocaine use long after Obama said he’d quite; and things that weren’t in the book-such as the grandmother in Kenya who says she witnessed his birth in Kenya; Obama and his sister not being able to agree on what hospital in Hawaii he was born in; the lawsuits that the Obama campaign spent over $900,000 to avoid showing a $10.00 birth certificate…Those hot little items would really show their collective AUDACITY TO WIN. Without them, I don’t think the book will be very successful…because the American people know about all these troubling things. When I went to Nashville and at the tea parties, I discovered–PEOPLE KNOW.

Why we like Sarah Palin

Gov. Sarah Palin was coy about her presidential aspirations but criticized both President Obama and the Republican Party in her first interview since announcing she was stepping down as governor of Alaska.

Standing astride a fishing boat she would later climb aboard to haul in fishing nets and salmon, Palin expressed bitterness at bloggers who peppered her with ethics accusations, whom she said brought government in Alaska to a grinding halt.

“The critics want to put you on a course of personal bankruptcy, so you can’t afford to serve,” she said, calling the attacks “bull crap.”

The governor made the remarks in an interview with FOX News in Dillingham, where she was fishing with her husband, Todd, and daughter Piper. Reporters from three other networks were also in attendance.

Palin said she has started a legal defense fund to raise money for legal fees.
