It Seems that Ben Smith (member of Journolist) has put together a group to perform a planned White House function - The White House Got Talent Show - Ben's new group will be called The Journolist Truth Assassins. Time to Step Media and Reclaim Your Profession!!!!

It would be a great service to America if the Daily Caller would release the parts of the ‘Journolist’ Truth Assassin’s discussion of Obama’s lack of eligibility to serve as President and Larry Sinclair’s allegations that he and Obama did drugs and engaged in consensual sex in 1999.

I feel confident that the effect the 400 Journolist Truth Assassin had on the rest of the media was like throwing a stone into a still pond, the resulting ripples involve many, many, more ‘journalists’ who continue to undermine the Constitution and America’s future (MS-NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, etc.)

Journolist and Malice

The disinfectant properties of sunshine appear to be causing uncertainty and fear among members of the now-defunct Journolist cabal. Some of the emails demonstrate certain liberal journalists willing and eager to employ malice as part and parcel of their professional duties.

The fact that such open malice of at least a few of the four hundred “professionals” on Journolist did not result in their expulsion from this professional Listserv, and indeed seemed tolerated at the time by its members and now by its defenders, would seem to indicate a more widespread problem. The dog doesn’t bark when it’s comfortable with the visitor.

Jonathan Strong of The Daily Caller broke the news about left-wing journalists conspiring on Journolist to kill the stories during the 2008 election about Barack Obama’s relationship with the Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Strong writes,

In one instance, Spencer Ackerman of the Washington Independent urged his colleagues to deflect attention from Obama’s relationship with Wright by changing the subject. Pick one of Obama’s conservative critics, Ackerman wrote, “Fred Barnes, Karl Rove, who cares — and call them racists.”

Ackerman skipped the intermediary suggestion of even asking loaded questions of Obama’s conservative critics and proceeded directly to proposing false accusations against figures — “who cares” — on the right.

Strong reports that others on Journolist objected to the strategy proposed by Ackerman — not because what Ackerman suggested involved malice, but because strategically it did not aid their cause:

Kevin Drum, then of Washington Monthly, also disagreed with Ackerman’s strategy. “I think it’s worth keeping in mind that Obama is trying (or says he’s trying) to run a campaign that avoids precisely the kind of thing Spencer is talking about, and turning this into a gutter brawl would probably hurt the Obama brand pretty strongly. After all, why vote for him if it turns out he’s not going change the way politics works?”

Fred Barnes wrote a measured, thoughtful response to the report. Barnes’ style isn’t provocative or satirical, as Rush Limbaugh’s or Ann Coulter’s can be. All three, however, face the malice of the left because they advocate for less government.

The malice exhibited in the e-mails is about more than journalistic ethics, and it may have legal consequences, with the immediate potential to cause jitters in the bars of Georgetown and Manhattan….Continue Reading

Sarah Palin’s speech to the 2008 Republican convention impressed more than a few doubters, including even some members of Journolist, an online community for liberal journalists.

“This speech is gangbusters,” wrote Ari Melber of the Nation. “Her tone is pitch perfect.” Adele Stan of the Media Consortium agreed: “Palin is golden.”

The exuberance appeared to unnerve the Guardian’s Michael Tomasky. “People get a hold of yourselves!” Tomasky wrote to his fellow Journolisters. “It’s a very good speech with good lines. But there’s very little substance.”

Rebecca Traister of Salon wrote to say she was grateful for Tomasky’s message discipline. (“This is a reassuring sentiment, since at the moment, I feel like we’re in End Times.”) But the rest of the country apparently didn’t agree. Polls a few days later showed Obama’s lead in the race had narrowed to virtually nothing.

In late May, investigative journalist Wayne Madsen had a bombshell revelation about Obama’s membership in a Chicago gay man’s club. Madsen also reported on the Sociopath’s sexual relationships with other men, including politicians and Donald Young, the openly gay choir director of the church in Chicago of which Obama was a member for some 20 years — Jeremy Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ black liberation theology. Obama’s relationship with Young was confirmed by Larry Sinclair, who claims to have had two sex-concaine trysts with Obama.

There were two other openly gay men in Wright’s church: Larry Bland and Nate Spencer. In late 2007, as Obama began his ascent to be the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, in a span of 1½ months, all three men “conveniently” died:

Bland was murdered execution-style on November 17, 2007;

Young was murdered execution-style on December 24, 2007;

Spencer reportedly died of septicemia, pneumonia, and HIV on December 26, 2007.

Judges evade Obama birth-certificate query

Abandon plans to penalize attorney whose clients challenged eligibility

Judges on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals suddenly have abandoned plans to assess damages against an attorney whose clients are challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president after he argued that if there was to be punishment, he would have the right to know whether the defendants could have mitigated their injury by publicly releasing Obama’s birth documentation.

The decision came from Judge Dolores Sloviter in the Kerchner vs. Obama case handled by attorney Mario Apuzzo. The court had ordered Apuzzo to explain why defense costs shouldn’t be assessed against him for the “frivolous” appeal.

However, her newest order denied Apuzzo’s request to reconsider the case and stated “based on Mr. Apuzzo’s explanation of his efforts to research the applicable law on standing, we hereby discharge the Order to Show Cause.”

While the health care debate rages on, few seem to have noticed a functioning American health care system that has operated successfully for decades. Patients enjoy a spectrum of choices ranging from plain vanilla to cutting-edge. Practitioners openly discuss expected outcomes, complication rates, benefits, and costs ahead of time. Fees, established entirely by the marketplace, are reasonable enough so that everyone who truly seeks care can obtain it, and the lifespan and quality of life are excellent and improving every day. This system is veterinary medicine.

It is important to recognize the two major divisions of veterinary medicine.

In companion animal medicine, care is paid for with the pet owner’s discretionary income. Owners — the clients — make decisions regarding the pet’s care — the patient — based on finances, emotional attachment, and their personal philosophy about pets. For some, it’s “just a dog,” while for others, the family dog is considered a member of the family. More than a few spouses are careful not to probe too deeply about their own rank in comparison to a beloved pet.

Large animal medicine takes a different tack. These animals are used for industry — food production, breeding farms, racing, and so on. (The lines are blurred in some cases, such as horses that are really pets, and greyhounds used for racing.) “The client” here is the manager, producer, or trainer, while the “patient” is the dairy herd, the swine operation, or the overall breeding potential of a winning stallion. While humane treatment is an important factor, the goals are maximizing performance, productivity, and profit. Large animal medicine focuses on designing a Herd Health Program, where the outcome of an individual case takes a backseat to the cost and benefit for the overall group.

I am not an extremist, right or left, I love the USA we used to know. I believed enough in the USA to leave my native England thirty years ago at age thirty-five, settle here and become a Citizen. To me, the USA, then, was the freest Country in the World and England was already beginning to fall to the influence of the Socialist and Islamic extremist invasion. I had been a Detective at New Scotland Yard specializing in what was then called “Revolutionary Criminality” I had studied the subject (Marxist influence on the prison population) and seen enough happen all around me to be worried, very worried. “They”, Marxists, were succeeding, and nobody cared….

Britain, through the seventies was in the process of turning hard left. The very word “Marxist” had emerged from whispers in shadows into the light of day. The population was beginning to realize that such people really did exist, and that they lived amongst us.

The next ten years, much of it after I left England, saw the era of Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan. Unfortunately, they were but a brief respite from the ravages of Socialism. What these two brilliant leaders had failed to react to was that Communism did not collapse, it changed tactics. It became clear to the Soviets that they could not compete with the wealth and resources of America, particularly with the strong attitude of the leader, Ronald Reagan. So it was made to appear that we were no longer in danger from Communism.

But we were. Communism (or Marxism) changed appearances and strategy “From confrontation to infiltration” with the emphasis, initially, on “infiltration” (Rules for Radicals by Saul D. Alinsky, Rule ten: “You do what you can with what you have and clothe it in moral garments”)

The infiltration has been largely accomplished with much assistance and the remarkable influence of an extremist, Marxist and Community organizer, Saul D. Alinsky. Mentor of Barack H. Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton and two University Professors, Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven.

The infiltration phase is almost over, it was largely successful.

So, now the confrontation returns. What they cannot bully us into accepting, they will take over, control first and so win anyway!, or vice-versa. The “end” justifies whatever the means. I'm Sure There Are Many Soldiers Living This Nightmare. It's Time For The Joint Chiefs of Staff to Step To The Plate and Support Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin! Don't Be Military Sheep.

In support of Lt. Col. Lakin’s courage in seeking the ‘Truth’ (and as a former In-Flight Tech in the Navy), I urge all who have served or have friends/family in the military to ask the following question of those currently serving.

Brothers and Sisters in the Military, when are you going to demand Obama establish that he is a Natural Born Citizen, eligible to serve as Commander In Chief?

The military is the only government organization that I continue to have respect for and it pains me criticize those serving. And I understand the consequences of challenging Obama’s eligibility directly, but the continuing attacks against our Constitution by the left cannot be allowed to pass without objection in some form or another. Acquiescence is not the only option.

Consider this please. What if every serviceman or woman went to his or her Chaplin, stated their concerns and provided the basic evidence (direct and circumstantial, links, former statements by NPR etc. indicating a Kenyan birth, etc., etc.) that would cause most reasonable persons to have legitimate questions about Obama’s lack of eligibility to serve and issue lawful orders? What if requests were made to each Chaplin instructing them to pass these concerns up the Chain of Command? Would there come a point, a number of requests that would cause the leadership to demand proof of eligibility?

Maybe military leadership could utilize the following provision?

§ 935. Art. 135. Courts of inquiry

(a) Courts of inquiry to investigate any matter may be convened by any person authorized to convene a general court-martial or by any other person designated by the Secretary concerned for that purpose, whether or not the persons involved have requested such an inquiry.

If the Oath to protect the Constitution is not important today, why don’t we just change the oath of allegiance to reflect our current level of commitment?

I, _______, do solemnly swear to protect ME and I will try to defend the Constitution as long as it doesn’t adversely impact the aforementioned ‘ME’.

Retired Army Major General Jerry Ralph Curry appeared on the Talk to Solomon Show and was questioned about Obama eligibility challenger LTC Terry Lakin and Obama’s eligibility. During this exchange MGEN Curry says that LTC Lakin is a very brave man but they will try to destroy him personally. He goes on to say we shouldn’t play games with Obama. The MGEN then says the House and Senate need to serve notice on Obama to clear up his eligibility or resign. Video of the exchange embedded below.

And finally, the 3rd District Court of Appeals backed off their attempt to intimidate Mario Apuzzo, Esq. by forcing him to show cause why he should not be sanctioned for filing a frivolous lawsuit in the case of Kerchner et al v. Obama/Congress et. al.

What does the 3^rd District’s action mean?

It means the court did not want to open up any possibility of discovery to Mario Apuzzo that would attract attention. They realized the screwed up and could not go forward without opening up the possibility of evidence of Obama’s ineligibility coming before the court.

The other possibility is that they wanted to punt and clear the way for Mario Apuzz to appeal Kerchner to the Supreme Court of the United States so they would take the heat for upholding the Constitution and finding Obama ineligible to serve as President.

The Supreme Court has a few possible avenues and each has consequences.

1 – The Court could do as they have been all doing and deny Cert. without comment. The consequence of this course of action (inaction) is that the millions of Americans who recognize that the issue of who is a natural born citizen is an vital Constitutional issue and who clearly see that the Court has been trying to avoid the issue (as has admitted to by Justice Thomas) will continue losing faith in the Courts and the Rule of Law. This course says that Justice is not blind – it really does matter who is involved. There is no Justice. This act of cowardice would in effect corner the American people and force them to consider other options.

2 – The Court could actually hear the case and make a ruling only on the standing issue. If they decide that the lower court erred, they would likely remand the case for further proceedings. The Court would necessarily give more guidance/explanation for the lower courts regarding the issue of standing in challenging future elections and the election process. The really brave action would be for the Supreme Court to also actually define the term “natural born citizen” for guidance to the lower court and for election officials at the state levels so this would never come up again. I’m sure there will be many in 2012 filing suits against Obama & Jindal if they have ‘standing’.

3 – Another option might be for the Court to affirm the lower Court’s determination regarding lack of standing but focus on giving guidance regarding the term ‘natural born citizen’. The Court could address the definitional issue because it is an issue of great public importance and is likely to be repeated/confronted in the future, referencing the possibility of Gov. Jindal running for President in 2012. (I believe Gov. Jindal was born in the United States but his parents were not.) This course of action would leave a bad taste for millions of Americans but would arm the States the necessary definition to ensure that the Constitution is enforced in the future. (For Justices appointed by Obama – recusal would be in order.) It would make the remainder of Obama’s term a nightmare – and if the Democrats in Congress did not investigate to ensure Obama’s eligibility they would be voted out of power for decades to come. This would be the Supreme Court punting the political issue to Congress. I wonder if the media truth assassins would cover it?

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals Finds Attorney Apuzzo Not Liable for Obama’s/Congress’ Damages and Costs Incurred by Them in Defending the Kerchner Appeal

On July 2, 2010, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals issued its decision affirming the New Jersey Federal District Court’s dismissal of the Kerchner et al v. Obama/Congress et al case for lack of Article III standing. The Court ordered that I show cause in 14 days why the Court should not find me liable for just damages and costs suffered by the defendants, not in having to defend against the merits of plaintiffs’ underlying claims that Putative President Obama is not an Article II “natural born Citizen,” that he has yet to conclusively prove that he was born in Hawaii, that Congress failed to exercise its constitutional duty to properly vet and investigate Obama’s “natural born Citizen” status, and that former Vice President and President of the Senate, Dick Cheney, and current Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, were complicit in that Congressional failure, but rather in having to defendant against what the court considers to be a frivolous appeal of the District Court’s dismissal of their claims on the ground of Article III standing. On Monday, July 19, 2010, I filed my response. This afternoon, on July 22, 2010, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals issued its decision on whether it should impose the damages and costs upon me. The Court has decided not to impose any damages and costs upon me and has discharged its order to show cause. This means that the matter of damages and costs is closed. Here is the Court’s decision:

“ORDER (SLOVITER, BARRY and HARDIMAN, Circuit Judges) On July 2, 2010, this Court filed an Order to Show Cause directing Appellants’ counsel to show cause in writing why he should not be subject to an Order pursuant to F.R.A.P. 38 for pursuing a frivolous appeal. In response, Mario Apuzzo filed a 95-page statement that contains, inter alia, numerous statements directed to the merits of this Court’s opinion, which the Court finds unpersuasive. His request that the Court reconsider its opinion is denied, as the appropriate procedure for that issue is through a Petition for Rehearing. However, based on Mr. Apuzzo’s explanation of his efforts to research the applicable law on standing, we hereby discharge the Order to Show Cause, filed. Sloviter, Authoring Judge. (PDB).”

The “Journolist” is a listserv comprised of several hundred top liberal journalists from influential American and British media outlets, as well as like-minded professors, union reps and activists. Leftist media hack and WaPo journalist Ezra Klein founded Journolist with far left crank Joe Klein from TIME magazine in February of 2007. Klein admitted that Journolist was an “insulated space where the lure of a smart, ongoing conversation would encourage journalists, policy experts and assorted other observers to share their insights with one another.” But, you had to be a leftist to join this group. It was an exclusive club. And, it grew to include 400 of the most prominent leftist American journalists who shared ideas and helped spin the far left narrative in the state-run media. This is where far left cranks colluded to spit out the DNC’s talking points and to defend President Barack Obama’s radical past and socialist agenda. Ezra Klein reportedly shut down Journolist on June 28, 2010 after leaks were reported. The Indictment against Obama and Columbia University alleges:
1. Columbia Univ. and Obama conspired to defraud and commit wire fraud and mail fraud.
2. Columbia Univ. knowingly concealed the fact that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen.
3. Columbia Univ. aided in obstructing justice.
4. Obama fraudulently obtained office of the President of The United States gaining access to sensitive materials, posing a danger to national security.
5. The prosecution dropped the charges of treason and espionage to avoid complications with a death sentence.

Obama, the Community Organizer, tells people to organize. That just shows how brain dead he really is.

WE THE PEOPLE did organize……234 years ago. And now WE THE PEOPLE have organized against him and his policies that are totally against anything America stands for, as well as being detrimental to the World populations.

WE THE PEOPLE is the ultimate in Community Organizations. It is the largest and possibly oldest Community Organization in America. Today, this organization has more operatives, is better funded and has better intelligence gathering capabilities than ALL intelligence agencies on Earth. In a matter of just a few weeks, a very small faction of this Community Organization, The Tea Party, organized and delivered over 2 million people on the steps of the Capitol in Washington D.C.. If they had been oriented towards violence, they could have easily taken every Congressman, Obama and Joseph Biden out on the street and tarred and feathered them and permanently removed them from our offices. In the hours after Sen. John McCain announced his choice of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin to be his running mate in the last presidential race, members of an online forum called Journolist struggled to make sense of the pick. Many of them were liberal reporters, and in some cases their comments reflected a journalist’s instinct to figure out the meaning of a story.

But in many other exchanges, the Journolisters clearly had another, more partisan goal in mind: to formulate the most effective talking points in order to defeat Palin and McCain and help elect Barack Obama president. The tone was more campaign headquarters than newsroom.

The conversation began with a debate over how best to attack Sarah Palin. “Honestly, this pick reeks of desperation,” wrote Michael Cohen of the New America Foundation in the minutes after the news became public. “How can anyone logically argue that Sarah Pallin [sic], a one-term governor of Alaska, is qualified to be President of the United States? Train wreck, thy name is Sarah Pallin.”

Not a wise argument, responded Jonathan Stein, a reporter for Mother Jones. If McCain were asked about Palin’s inexperience, he could simply point to then candidate Barack Obama’s similarly thin resume. “Q: Sen. McCain, given Gov. Palin’s paltry experience, how is she qualified to be commander in chief?,” Stein asked hypothetically. “A: Well, she has much experience as the Democratic nominee.”

“What a joke,” added Jeffrey Toobin of the New Yorker. “I always thought that some part of McCain doesn’t want to be president, and this choice proves my point. Welcome back, Admiral Stockdale.”

Daniel Levy of the Century Foundation noted that Obama’s “non-official campaign” would need to work hard to discredit Palin. “This seems to me like an occasion when the non-official campaign has a big role to play in defining Palin, shaping the terms of the conversation and saying things that the official [Obama] campaign shouldn’t say – very hard-hitting stuff, including some of the things that people have been noting here – scare people about having this woefully inexperienced, no foreign policy/national security/right-wing christia wing-nut a heartbeat away …… bang away at McCain’s age making this unusually significant …. Bottom line, Bloomberg is a Democrat who stole the mayoral election by switching parties so that he could get into the race and get elected. Giuliani, the great hero of 911, could not run again because of term limits. It was Giuliani (who is opposed to the mosque) who anointed Bloomberg as his successor. Yes, the field of candidates was that pathetic. And Bloomberg won, because of Giuliani.

As soon as the Ayatollah Bloomberg got in, he routed term limits — got that? That’s why we are still stuck with this tool. How we wanted Giuliani, but if Rudy had done away with term limits, he would have been ripped to shreds by a propaganda press. But Bloomberg did it, with nary a murmur from a shill press pool.

Unfortunately, I don't have to make a big leap to believe something like this actually exists in the Obama White House basement! Especially after the discovery of the existence of the 'Journolist' Truth Assassins - Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Michael Savage, The Constitution, Tea Party, our freedoms, etc. all appear to be in the BOPAC Administration's and their friends' (State Run Media, Journolist Truth Assassins, NAACP, Black Panthers, Ayers, Rev. Wright) sights.

There are a few questions in the following American Spectator article that causes me to ask a couple more:

…Did anyone pay them for favorable news coverage? Were they promised jobs and privileges for toeing the party line? And whom else were they commanded to punish in the public prints? What other lies did they purposely, and with malice aforethought, disseminate throughout the media?

In short, there are a lot of unanswered questions that still surround the lingering Journolist scandal. …

It would be very interesting to see if the Truth Assassins over at the ‘Journolist’ listserv ever had any discussions, strategies, agreements, and/or directives to undermine a real discussion of question(s) of whether or not Obama is a Natural Born Citizen. How far were/are they willing to go to undermine finding out the truth about Obama’s eligibility?

It would also be very interesting to see if the Truth Assassins over at the ‘Journolist’ listserv had any discussions, strategies, plans, intimidation efforts, etc. to bury the possibility of a real investigation of Larry Sinclair’s allegations against Obama. Were any of these ‘Journolist’ Truth Assassins in collusion with any members of the Obama Administration? Did ‘Journalist’ assist in getting Joe Biden’s son to have Larry Sinclair unjustly arrested when he appeared before the National Press Club to talk about his allegations of doing drugs and having sex with Obama in 1999? Did ‘Journalist’ conspire to kill any investigation into Obama and Emanuel’s alleged membership in a gay spa (Man’s Country)?

Will ‘Journolist’ release all of their correspondences in the interest of truth and full disclosure so future readers know their true biases?

We always knew that most liberal journalists were biased. Now we know that many of them are dishonest — and that, like their leftist forbearers in the Soviet Union, they reserve unto themselves the right to lie and to cheat to further their political ends.

We know this because of the Daily Caller’s astonishing report yesterday that a cabal of liberal journalists, activists, and academics acted in concert, and with malice aforethought, to kill and bury stories that were unfavorable to their political masters: Barack Obama and Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

Indeed, these “journalists” were so blindly and zealously committed to the left-wing political agenda that they advocated smearing their political opponents with wholly unfounded charges of “racism” and “bigotry.”

Thus Ackerman’s call for his fellow lefty “journalists” to “pick one,” any one conservative. After all, “who cares” who it is? Who cares about their innocence? Just pick a prominent conservative and call him a racist. Smear him! Show no mercy! Destroy his reputation and kill his public image! Now!

I must confess that as worldly wise as I like to think that I am, I have been stunned, shocked and appalled by the raw partisanship and animalistic lust for power displayed by this pack of left-wing journalists.

Of course I always new most Washington journalists were leftists. But what I didn’t realize were the depths of intellectual dishonesty and dishonor to which many Washington journalists would descend in order to protect leftist pols and smear conservatives.

“Have you no sense of decency?” Mr. Ackerman. “Have you sense of shame?”

Apparently not. But Ackerman is not alone. As the Daily Caller reports, several hundred journalists, activists and academics secretly conspired on Journolist. What did they know and when did they know it — and with whom did they conspire and why?

If any large publication stands to suffer from the JournoList controversy, it’s the Washington Post. The paper hired JournoList founder Ezra Klein from the left-wing publication The American Prospect, and Klein continued to run JournoList while at the Post. In June, the paper quickly accepted the resignation of David Weigel, whom it hired from the left-wing publication The Washington Independent, over comments made on JournoList. (Klein announced he was shutting down the list-serv shortly thereafter.) It is not known whether other Post writers, some of whom also came to the paper from left-wing publications, took part in JournoList; I have asked a couple, and they haven’t yet responded.

Now, courtesy of the Daily Caller, we’ve had a peek inside the discussions on JournoList, and it reveals some writers and staffers at left-wing publications like the Nation, as well as ostensibly mainstream outlets like NPR and Bloomberg, making intemperate remarks about conservatives, advocating that some conservatives be arbitrarily branded as racists, drawing parallels between Tea Partiers and Nazis, and appealing to fellow journalists on the list-serv to ignore the controversy over then-candidate Barack Obama and the Rev. Jeremiah Wright…

The Daily Caller has an important story up this morning that demonstrates what millions of Americans know – journalism is dead in America!

It was the moment of greatest peril for then-Sen. Barack Obama’s political career. In the heat of the presidential campaign, videos surfaced of Obama’s pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, angrily denouncing whites, the U.S. government and America itself. Obama had once bragged of his closeness to Wright. Now the black nationalist preacher’s rhetoric was threatening to torpedo Obama’s campaign.

The crisis reached a howling pitch in mid-April, 2008, at an ABC News debate moderated by Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulos. Gibson asked Obama why it had taken him so long – nearly a year since Wright’s remarks became public – to dissociate himself from them. Stephanopoulos asked, “Do you think Reverend Wright loves America as much as you do?”

Watching this all at home were members of Journolist, a listserv comprised of several hundred liberal journalists, as well as like-minded professors and activists. The tough questioning from the ABC anchors left many of them outraged. “George [Stephanopoulos],” fumed Richard Kim of the Nation, is “being a disgusting little rat snake.”

Others went further. According to records obtained by The Daily Caller, at several points during the 2008 presidential campaign a group of liberal journalists took radical steps to protect their favored candidate. Employees of news organizations including Time, Politico, the Huffington Post, the Baltimore Sun, the Guardian, Salon and the New Republic participated in outpourings of anger over how Obama had been treated in the media, and in some cases plotted to fix the damage.

A George Soros-funded, Marxist-founded organization with close ties to the White House has urged the Federal Communications Commission to investigate talk radio and cable news for “hate speech.”

The organization, calling itself Free Press, claims media companies are engaging in “hate speech” because a disproportionate number of radio and cable-news networks are owned by non-minorities.

WND previously reported Free Press published a study advocating the development of a “world class” government-run media system in the U.S.

Who on earth could be calling me at 5:30am? It was CNN. After apologizing for the early call, the producer, almost giddy with excitement, said tea party spokesperson, Mark Williams made, “what some would call”, a racist comment on his blog about the NAACP.

Me being a black spokesperson for the Tea Party Movement, CNN was requesting that I come on the air to address Mark’s comment. I told the CNN producer that I had not read Mark’s comment. The response was, “I’ll email it to you. Please read it and call me back.”

After reading Mark’s comment, I told my wife, “This is much ado about nothing. I am not going on the air allowing them to put me on the defensive defending Mark Williams.” My beautiful, wonderful and wise wife replied, “Do the interview, but do not defend Mark. Use this as an opportunity to defend the Tea Party Movement.”

It is truly unfortunate that some on our side are so easily put on the defensive. NAACP, president, Ben Jealous slandered millions of decent Tea Party patriots by saying we tolerate racist signs. We do not. Not one liberal mainstream media outlet demanded that Jealous produce the “Lynch Barack Obama” and “Lynch Eric Holder” signs he claimed to have seen. Thus, the liberal media are saying these violent racist signs exist and the tea partiers are guilty simply because Jealous says so.

Furthering their efforts to discredit the tea party movement by portraying them as racist, the liberal media attacked our Mark Williams for a satirical comment on his blog. Mark is a personal friend who is not a racist; far from it. On his blog, Mark was making a point about the blatant hypocrisy and backwardness of the NAACP.

Once upon a time, I used to believe that those who called themselves the ‘left’ were committed to civil rights and protecting our freedoms under the Constitution. Boy was I wrong. I have struggled throughout my lifetime for equality, civil rights and I really did respect the ‘left’ for what I mistook as passion for our freedoms. I thought we had this in common. However, I mostly considered the ‘left’ naïve when it came to understanding economics. That’s why I have many times voted for Republican candidates. The left needed fiscal conservatives to keep them from wrecking America’s economy and destroying the ‘safety net’ for those in need.

Today, it seems for the ‘left’ it has always been about hidden agendas (voter dependency, etc.) that were meant to destroy America’s free market economy, her sovereignty, her Constitution and ensure power. They talk a good game about free speech etc. but only if they are the ones who get to decide what and who can say what and when – what and who can receive what and when – and who gets to govern.

Some African-American tea party candidates are displeased by a resolution that the NAACP approved on Tuesday calling the grass-roots conservative movement “racist.”

“I have not experienced the charges of racism that the NAACP is touting,” Vernon Parker, an African-American tea party congressional candidate in Arizona, told POLITICO.

Parker, former mayor of Paradise Valley, said that he has never felt out of place at a tea party rally because of the color of his skin.

“When I go to tea party events, people don’t look at me any differently,” he said. “They didn’t judge me on the color of my skin, quite frankly, they judged me on my principles.”

“The NAACP should be concerned about bringing jobs to people in depressed areas,” he added, “not the tea party.”

Tim Scott, a GOP congressional nominee in South Carolina, echoed Parker’s sentiments in a statement.

“I believe that the NAACP is making a grave mistake in stereotyping a diverse group of Americans who care deeply about their country and who contribute their time, energy and resources to make a difference,” Scott said.

“As I campaign in South Carolina, I participate in numerous events sponsored by the tea party, 9/12, Patriot, and other like-minded groups, and I have had the opportunity to get to know many of the men and women who make up these energetic grass-roots organizations,” Scott added.

Unfortunately, I don't have to make a big leap to believe something like this actually exists in the Obama White House basement! Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Michael Savage, The Constitution, our freedoms, etc. all appear to be in the BOPAC Administration's and their friends' (State Run Media, NAACP, Black Panthers, Ayers, Rev. Wright) sights.

Ken Blackwell at BigGoverment.com has it right! I would also point out that those in the Tea Party (not a party but a movement) must be on guard for infiltrators who will try to validate the NAACP’s charges. Rest assured the State Run Media will be looking for the one sign that could be interpreted as being racist in nature. The Tea Party is about limited government, support of the ‘rule of law’/Constitution, reducing spending and promoting policies that are a hand up (not a path to dependency).

The NAACP is in the headlines again. This old and respected civil rights organization is taking the unwise step of condemning the TEA Party for alleged racism. Those allegations include unsubstantiated charges that TEA Partiers rallying at the Capitol against passage of the unconstitutional health care takeover had yelled racial epithets at black congressman who were walking from their offices to the House of Representatives to cast historic votes. They yelled the “N” word, the congressmen claimed. But no one seems to be able to produce any video, any audio, or any sworn statements naming names, or even pointing to specific yellers.

When asked why they chose to walk through a crowd of anti-ObamaCare demonstrators, the liberal Members disingenuously replied: It was the first day of spring. Right. And Gov. Sanford wanted to enjoy the spring air hiking the Appalachian Trail, too.

Family Security Matters does a nice job of demonstrating the activist nature of many judges. Wong Kim is the case that many Obama supporters like to hang their erroneous claims of Obama being a ’natural born citizen’ on. One thing that is clear is that the issue of who is a ‘natural born citizen’ is not resolved and reasonable people (Lt. Col. Lakin) can reasonably come to the conclusion that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen.

Given Tim Adam’s recent disclosure that there is no long form birth certificate in Hawaii, I’m more inclined to entertain the possibility of Obama being born overseas.

Exclusive: Are Children Born of Illegal Immigrants US Citizens?

A common misconception is that the Constitution through the Fourteenth Amendment confers citizenship upon everyone born in the United States whether or not they were born to an illegal alien. Actually, the Constitution itself does not provide citizenship to those born of illegal parents; the Supreme Court only said it did in an 1898 decision known as ‘U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark’, and it is politically correct to accept this Supreme Court decision while ignoring others.

The problem is that the court majority in the Wong Kim Ark case, as is so often today, ‘made law’ according to their personal beliefs and not what those that wrote the Constitution (or in this case, the 14th Amendment) actually intended at the time it was written. Justice Horace Gray, who wrote the majority decision in the Wong Kim Ark case, reveals exactly what the majority was up to by avoiding discussion about the intention of the clause by the two Senators most responsible for the language of the Fourteenth Amendment, Senators Jacob M. Howard and Lyman Trumbull.

It is clear the court majority in this case recognized the only reasonable way to come to the conclusion they wanted was to ignore the recorded legislative history left behind by the writers of the amendment. Justice Gray acknowledged this when he wrote:

“Doubtless, the intention of the congress which framed, and of the states which adopted, this amendment of the constitution, must be sought in the words of the amendment, and (sic)[but] the debates in congress are not admissible as evidence to control the meaning of those words.”

Justice John Paul Stevens disagreed with this attempt by the Wong Kim Ark majority to rewrite the Constitution:

“A refusal to consider reliable evidence of original intent in the Constitution is no more excusable than a judge’s refusal to consider legislative intent.”

Justice Gray and the court majority refused to consider both the original intent and legislative history behind the words because they knew it would be fatal to their pre-determined intent of reversing what Congress had inserted into the US Constitution by the fourteenth amendment so they avoided what senators Howard and Trumbull wrote and said.

Why did Justice Gray avoid the legislative history and the original intent of those writing the 14th amendment?

Trail of Dropped Black Panther Case May Lead to White House

I know you’ll be shocked, but new evidence seems to indicate the order to dismiss the already-won case against the Black Panthers for voter intimidation in Pennsylvania in 2008 may have come from the White House itself.

In case you somehow managed to miss this incident amidst the wall-to-wall, nonstop media coverage (sarcasm alert, sarcasm alert), on Election Day in 2008, Black Panthers stationed themselves in front of the doors of voting locations in Philadelphia, and in at least one case, a Panther wielded a night stick. There were also allegations of verbal intimidation by the Panthers, with one allegedly telling a white person they would soon know what it was like to be “ruled by the black man.”

Yet this clear case of voter intimidation was suddenly shot down by the powers that be in the Department of “Justice.”

It should always seem odd when a case that is practically won and is ready to go to the sentencing phase is suddenly dropped–especially when the players all have political connections to one another.

The players, other than the Black Panthers themselves, are Associate Attorney General Thomas Perrelli (a political appointee who raised about $500,000 for Obama), hite House Deputy Counsel Cassandra Butts and President Barack Obama.
