The Wayne Madsen Report (WMR) is a mainly subscription news site ($7/month for “individual reader” subscribers) that claims to provide news “from deep inside the Washington beltway.” Its editor is Wayne Madsen, a former US Navy officer, Washington, DC-based investigative journalist, author and syndicated columnist, with an impressive c.v.

On May 24, 2010, WMR had a blockbuster report for subscribers only, which claims that Obama is a long-time member of a gay man’s club in Chicago, of which his Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is also a member.

I first saw this story 3 days ago on Rense.com in an article titled “Madsen Is Vindicating Larry Sinclair.” [Note: Sinclair is a gay man who claims he had 2 sexual encounters with Obama in Chicago.] The article had a short excerpt from the WMR. I did not post it here on Fellowship at the time because I wanted to think about it.

I went back to Rense for the article today, but when I clicked “Obama’s Gay Club,” the article is no longer there, no doubt because its excerpt from WMR violated WMR’s pay-for-view policy. Instead, clicking “Obama’s Gay Club” brought me to the website of the man’s bath house club referenced in the WMR article.

There is a Man’s Country club in Chicago. Located at 5015 N. Clark St
Chicago, IL 60640 (phone:               773-878-2069         773-878-2069), the club describes itself as:

“a private membership club for men 18 years and older. Man’s Country Chicago is a clean, safe place to hang out, meet guys who share the same interests as you, socialize, make friends, watch porn and play! Man’s Country Chicago / Where real men meet.”

The club’s motto “Play hard, Play safe” and logo (below right) leave little doubt that it’s a

gay club. If you still have doubts, take a look at the club’s “Photos” page, with 8 photos of “the hottest dancers in Chicago” — all men, such as this one (below left):

Alaska has become the eighth state to declare that firearms made, sold and owned in the state are beyond the reach of the federal bureaucrats along the Potomac, with Gov. Sean Parnell’s signature on the plan today.

“The Alaska Firearms Freedom Act frees Alaskans from overly bureaucratic and restrictive federal firearm regulation, and allows our state to assume the responsibility for regulation,” said Rep. Mike Kelly, the lead sponsor on the plan endorsed by lawmakers in the recently closed session of the Alaska Legislature.

“The Interstate Commerce Clause is used by the federal government to regulate firearms that cross state borders. The Alaska Firearms Freedom Act makes it clear that Alaskans will be responsible for firearms that are made in Alaska, for use in Alaska, and have ‘Made in Alaska’ stamped on them.

Glenn Beck’s departure from Fox News, Part 2

In Part 1 of this article, I expressed my concern that Glenn Beck might not be around for the long term at Fox News. As I watch him strip BHO and other members of Crime Inc. down to their dirty underwear every day at 5 p.m., I ponder what the Obamaviks will do to try to stop him from destroying their efforts to transform the U.S. into a collectivist paradise.

In that regard, I can envision four possibilities for Beck’s exit:

Assassination. On more than one occasion, Beck has alluded to cement boots and his ending up at the bottom of the East River. He has also assured his audience that he has no inclination to jump off a tall building, and if something like that would ever happen to him, it would not be accidental.

Even more ominous is that Beck continually tells his audience that this isn’t about him, that each and every one of them must stand up and carry on the fight. When he says this, it sparks memories of Martin Luther King Jr.’s famous words at a Memphis rally the night before he was murdered: “I may not get there with you, but I want you to know tonight that we as a people will get to the promised land.”

Anyone reasonably knowledgeable about political history knows that those on the far left unabashedly believe that their morally superior objectives justify the use of violence. The problem they have with Beck is that using violence to eliminate him is problematic, given that he has already warned the public to be on the lookout for his untimely demise.

So, let’s assume – and hope – that no harm befalls Glenn Beck. What else, then, might cause him to leave Fox? … Continue Reading

On rare occasions, a unique figure bursts onto the national stage and has a dramatic impact on politics, culture, or both. Glenn Beck is one of those figures. He is surely the biggest, fastest, most controversial star in the political commentary business in my lifetime.

Beck is a real-life version of Howard Beale, the fictional television commentator in the 1976 film classic “Network.” Beale whipped his cultish TV audience into a frenzy, exhorting them to stick their heads out the window and chant, “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take this anymore!”

Much to the chagrin of the oligarchy in Washington, however, Glenn Beck is not a fictional character. He’s real, and he has succeeded in enlightening his audience far beyond Beale’s simple rants about the unfairness of life. Beck is much more knowledgeable, much more factual, much more rational and much more focused on the key issue: America’s loss of liberty.

I find it more than just a bit ironic that ultra-liberal CNN Headline News gave Beck his first forum on television. There, he created a huge stir with his “rodeo-clown” antics and his willingness to talk openly about his drug- and alcohol-addicted past. But as he increasingly added his political views to the mix, people started asking, “Why isn’t this guy on Fox News?”

Of course, Roger Ailes was closely observing Beck all along, and, in January 2009, he brought him to Fox and fit him into the 5 p.m. time slot. While Beck had been moving more and more toward political commentary at CNN Headline News, from the moment he came to Fox his transition to near-total politics was swift.

Combining his incredible talents with the work of his equally incredible research staff, Beck became a household name seemingly overnight. In truth, of course, he had been in media for 30 years, but he had never before had a forum like Fox News.

Beck’s show is so good that I’m convinced if a person doesn’t watch it on a regular basis, it’s almost impossible for him to understand the true causes of the moral and economic collapse of the United States – or even that it is collapsing – because no one else on TV covers most of the stories he dissects in impeccable detail. His modus operandi has been to expose the bad guys through their own words by playing audio and video of them shooting off their mouths and by quoting their writings.

For quite some time now, I have believed that Beck has become so good at exposing the truth, so well-respected and so powerful that the Forces of Darkness in the White House and Congress view him as a major threat to their aspirations to eliminate the Constitution, the rule of law and individual sovereignty in the United States. (In fact, they now refer to him as “the Beck problem.”)

But, as I have written in the past, the Obamafia is in a no-win situation with Beck. If its leaders ignore him, he will continue to disrobe Chairman Obama and his malevolent progressive pals through their own spoken and written words.

On the other hand, as they have already discovered, the more they try to discredit Beck, the more attention they draw to him – and the more people will learn about the details of how they plan to fundamentally transform America. Obama, Sovern, trustees of Columbia University found guilty

ATLAH court issues guilty verdicts on all 17 counts of sedition, conspiracy, fraud and obstruction of justice

ATLAH, N.Y. – Last week’s article, “The People v. Columbia and Obama trial convenes in Harlem church,” detailed the bullet points of my testimony, under oath on May 15, regarding Barack Hussein Obama’s fraudulent Selective Service System registration, which also inexplicably ties him to a Connecticut Social Security Number, in the 10th Amendment trial held by Pastor James David Manning in his ATLAH World Missionary Church in Harlem.

On Tuesday, May 18, the jury returned guilty verdicts against Obama, Michael Sovern, who was president of Columbia University during the period of time Obama supposedly attended, and the trustees of Columbia University, on all 17 counts of sedition, conspiracy, fraud and obstruction of justice.

Manning held a press conference on Friday, May 21, to formally announce the verdict and answer questions.

On Monday, May 24, Manning announced, “We the People spoke,” and said he was assembling a coalition to hand over the verdicts to the judiciary of the U.S. Senate, the U.S. Congress, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the U.S. Attorney General.

Manning also noted, specifically for Sovern and Columbia University, he will be submitting to the New York State Bar, New York Attorney General, New York State Regents and Atlantic Schools Accreditation a demand that their license to operate an educational institution be revoked.

“Perhaps their first response will be to defend and reject. Thereupon, will be the most exciting part of this guilty victory, inasmuch as we will proceed to court testing the constitutionality of the 10th Amendment established by our Founding Fathers,” said Manning, adding, “I expect the courts to be careful in their decision not to injure the rights of ‘We the People.’”

Attorney John Hemenway, the attorney of record in Hollister v. Obama/Soetoro, which was dismissed by U.S. District Judge James Robertson for the District of Columbia, who called the case frivolous, claiming the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility had been “blogged” and “twittered,” made some observations after watching the video of Manning’s press conference.

He wrote, “What a superb presentation the Rev, James Manning made during his press conference on May 21, 2010! It was a superior gathering together of the evidence that establishes without doubt that Obama-cum-Soetoro is simply a congenital liar with the Chicago gangster-type skills to maneuver his criminal propensities into successful (and illegal) capture of the White House.”…Continue Reading

MRS. RONDEAU: Why did you start your blog?

MR. WELLS: I started out with a strong math/science background and never had any inclination to write when I was younger.  Then, over my business career, I got better at it, better at communicating.  And I always loved literature but never felt any need to write.  So over a period of time I felt as if, increasingly, I wanted to write something.  That was one thing working in the background.  But in January of 2008, in my day-to-day activities, just talking with my friends and watching what was going on, I knew that I wanted to be more involved in the election cycle.  That was clear.  I had more time; my kids were grown and I had fewer responsibilities.  But then, the other part was that Obama was gaining in prominence and I knew almost nothing about him.  So I decided, “This is a good opportunity.”

So I read a story which I thought was preposterous, and I thought, “I’m going to dig and do some research.”  Within approximately two days of doing that research, I knew that we had a problem.  And  I’m talking about digging deep.  I have a background in using the internet and researching, and I was so concerned within the first several weeks, it affected my sleep.  And I’m talking about the whole big picture about Obama, his background, Chicago corruption, and right on down the line.  And then very quickly, when I started asking questions on the internet, I got attacked for it.  And I’m talking about something very benign such as “Where was Obama in November of 1999?” and I was amazed.

Then I started following the Larry Sinclair story, and I quickly realized, “Wait a minute.  This is not just about his allegation; this is about attacks, death threats, internet scrubbing, misinformation.  If you go back to my early articles, you’ll see that after giving him the benefit of the doubt early on, soon I began noticing that we were getting into a new age reminiscent of Nazi Germany and very much like “1984.”  I have a hard copy of “1984″ which I have read and reread, and in my early articles, you will see, and others echoed my feelings, we are getting into the age of Big Brother quickly.  Now we have firm evidence recently with Google modifying the search engine results which WorldNetDaily reported, and I reported…it is scary.  So we are living in the age of Big Brother, I think.

MRS. RONDEAU: Do you think this started before the presidential primaries and Obama entered the picture?

MR. WELLS: Yes.  Revisionist history:  we all started noticing things.  School textbooks, for example, and that’s one of the things that is dear to my heart:  kids and textbooks.  I actually taught at the community college level many years ago full-time, computer science.  We all started watching this play out.  It’s like the frog in the pot of water which we all talk about:  you turn up the heat little by little.  We kind-of noticed it, stopped and paid attention, but we weren’t too concerned about it, and it happened ever so slowly.  So, yes, absolutely.  But it escalated almost exponentially.  I do pay attention, and one of the things I noticed was that these weren’t just overzealous supporters necessarily; there were different groups.  I started referring to the Obama camp as the big circle:  paid bloggers, right on down the line.  Much of this was orchestrated; it was readily apparent, and this was confirmed later on by the Obama campaign.

MRS. RONDEAU: Have they admitted that they have paid people to disseminate their information and viewpoint?

MR. WELLS: Yes, hundreds – and that’s what we know about, and God only knows what is going on behind that and the puppeteers pulling the strings.  So you’ve got me wound up now, and God help you!

MRS. RONDEAU: This gives us a good foundation as to why you started the site.

MR. WELLS: Well, I care about this country.  I have family, and I do; I really care.  I grew up in a time of “Leave it to Beaver,” where people were good people.  There was always corruption; there were bad politicians, but you felt as if you were safe because most of the politicians and most of government was looking out for your best interests.

MRS. RONDEAU: And not necessarily looking to take over your life.

MR. WELLS: Bingo.  Thank you.

MRS. RONDEAU: How is it looking now?

MR. WELLS: It is scary.  Most people don’t have a clue.  One of my recent concerns is specifically the Blagojevich trial, Chicago connections and connection to Obama.

MRS. RONDEAU: Have you researched the Blagojevich trial on your own, or have you reported the news that is already out there on it?

MR. WELLS: Since in theory, everything is on the internet, that’s really where most of us do our work.  I’ve had some contacts in Chicago that have reported to me behind the scenes.  And of course, as you know, I covered the Larry Sinclair story more than anyone else, and I did it for these reasons:  I was a skeptic at first.  I approached it objectively, but I asked the questions; I was seeking the truth, and over a period of time, through asking those questions and digging behind the scenes, I got to know Larry Sinclair.  But as I mentioned, it’s a much, much bigger story which gets into the internet scrubbing, the personal attacks, the death threats…I’ve had death threats against me; some have been reported to the FBI.  That’s even another story.

MRS. RONDEAU: So you’ve spoken to Larry Sinclair personally?

MR. WELLS: Yes.  It started out by my asking questions, and then after a month or so, we had some phone conversations.  I wanted to find out what was going on, because by that time, I knew there was more to the story than met the eye.  I was intensely curious, because I was experiencing people attacking me, and I had done nothing wrong.  I simply asked some questions.  So actually, I became involved more than I had planned.  Once we got into this and I saw what was happening, I was not about to let those thugs silence Sinclair and keep the story from the American public.  That’s how committed I was to it, and that’s exactly what they were trying to do.

MRS. RONDEAU: Do you think they succeeded in silencing the story?

MRS. WELLS: No, they have not, and all you have to do is look at The Globe, National Enquirer, and so forth, and the fact that the stories are still out on the internet.  Fewer people back then were inclined to believe the story, admittedly, but quite frankly, at this point in time, Sinclair has far more credibility with me than Obama does.  I say that without any hesitation whatsoever.

MRS. RONDEAU: That was going to be my next question.  Do you believe that Larry’s story is factual?

MR. WELLS: I’m as close to 100% convinced as I can be without having been there.  I can give you a snippet of detail.  His story actually works; if you go back in time to 2007 when he first started talking about it, almost no one knew that Obama spoke at Northwestern University the day after, which meant he was in Chicago.  A lot of people aren’t really connecting the dots because the capital is in Springfield.  What really caught my attention first when I started digging, after reading the interviews from Tim Russert, The Chicago Sun-Times, The Chicago Tribune, and so forth, they all had the same character to them:  Obama was hiding something.

When they asked about his Illinois Senate records, they got these baseless, nonsense responses, and that was interesting.  I then went directly to the Illinois Senate records for November 4, 1999, the opening day of the fall session, and Obama was not present.  And I thought, “Well, isn’t that interesting?”  It wasn’t a smoking gun, but it was darn interesting.  So over several months, I knew that Obama was not at the state capital on November 4.  He was in Chicago on the 9th, I think, and very few people knew about it.  It was not publicized; in fact, it had to be dug out of the recesses of the internet, so the odds were dramatically against Sinclair knowing that such that he could place Obama in Chicago the next morning.  And then you throw in other little details.  I reported earlier on the connections to Rezko and Levine.

MRS. RONDEAU: Who is Levine?

MR. WELLS: Stuart Levine was the key witness in the Tony Rezko trial.  If he is not brought in to the Blagojevich trial, we know that we really have a problem in this country.  In simple terms, Levine did the dirty work and was the primary witness at the Rezko trial.  Rezko was the brains behind the corruption.  In the transcripts of the Rezko trial, it was well-documented that Levine was heavily into drugs.  This is another piece of the puzzle.

I believe that Obama’s book was written in such a manner as to pre-emptively defuse certain aspects of his life, the drug use being one of them.  We know he has used drugs, and there’s other evidence of his using drugs, even some strong rumors, while at the White House.  So the fact that he used drugs in 1999 or could have used drugs in 1999 I think is highly probable.  Sinclair alleges it….

After months of staying mum, according to Fox News the White House is reportedly going address Joe Sestak’s claims that the Obama administration offered him a high-profile position if he would end his candidacy for the Senate seat held by Arlen Specter.

If these allegations prove true, it is a felony to bribe or entice a candidate to withdraw from a race and or interfere with an election process for federal office and someone is going to have to fall on the sword for Obama.

So who made the offer? Obama’s list of thugs and cronies is endless. U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama has invited Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the White House next Tuesday, Israeli officials said yesterday. The visit to Washington is being added to the end of Netanyahu’s previously scheduled trip to Canada. Netanyahu will meet in Jerusalem with Obama’s chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, on Wednesday, who is currently in Israel on vacation and is expected to bring the official invitation with him.

Haaretz, the first to break the story, reports that Israeli officials said that Obama wanted to meet with Netanyahu soon, before Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas arrives in Washington for his White House meeting in another few weeks, due to the crisis in relations between Israel and the U.S. and the substantial criticism Obama has taken over it, from congressmen and from American Jewish leaders.

The Israeli sources said that Washington wants to try to erase the memory of the last meeting between Obama and Netanyahu when the press was barred and the White House did not even release a joint photo of the two leaders. This treatment – contrasting with the warm and well-publicized meetings Obama had held with various Arab leaders who visited Washington – was widely viewed as a deliberate attempt to humiliate Netanyahu.

The White House feared the upcoming meeting with Abbas, intended to show Obama’s support for the Palestinian leader, would draw unfavorable comparisons with the disastrous March meeting with Netanyahu, thereby deepening the crisis with Israel, and sparking more criticism of Obama’s Israel policy. The Wayne Madsen Report for today is a blockbuster and underscores what Larry Sinclair has been maintaining for years.

Wayne’s report is a pay for view service and the following is a small excerpt from it.  Wayne writes that not only is Obama gay but it names favorite clubs and a gay dating service run by Rev. Wright that Obama and another young man in the congregation used.  The other young man was later murdered.  According to WMR, Rahm (the boy ballet dancer) Emmanuel is also member of the gay club.

Someone in the national media is FINALLY interested in Man’s Country in Andersonville

This has to be cloak-and-dagger for the time being, because though we’ve not been sworn to secrecy on the project, we’re not at liberty to talk in depth about what we did yesterday, which was in response to one of the occasional requests we get from members of the media for background info on stories they’re doing.

Normally, it’s foreign journalists who get in touch with us when they’re in Chicago and want to go to the Southside to see how terrible it is, and talk about how Obama did absolutely jack squat for it as either a state senator or US Senator, and hasn’t used any of his particular brand of unicorn horn magic to improve it (or the black community residing there) since the illustrious Golden Age of Hope and Change began on January 20th, 2009.

But, this time it was a US reporter who wanted information on Man’s Country in Andersonville, which is a place both Obama and Rahm Emanuel frequented in the past.  Obama until 2002 or so, and Emanuel through 2008, according to what we’ve been told.  We spent a good amount of time on the ground in Uptown, Boystown, Andersonville, and Hyde Park yesterday with this reporter, also telling him everything we knew about Trinity United Church of Christ and the Down-Low Club it operated under Jeremiah Wright’s supervision/matchmaking.

What prompted this sudden interest in stories we’ve been hearing since 2004, when Obama first came onto the national scene, is the fact that at least one national journalist also thinks it’s odd — as we have been repeatedly saying — that The Enquirer, The Globe, and other papers have been so wildly gung-ho about reporting on old Vera Baker affair rumors pertaining to Obama…and how all of this comes on the heels of Kal Penn’s sudden and abrupt expulsion from the White House.

Something is definitely fishy.

Is the U.S. Selective Service System now blocking access to President Barack Obama’s online registration records?

Members of the public searching the federal database for the commander in chief’s registration are suddenly finding new difficulty, possibly due to the startling revelation of Obama’s alleged use of a Connecticut-based Social Security Number.

The Selective Service System, or SSS, collects names of Americans for use by the Department of Defense in the event of a national emergency. On its website, it says it provides the nation “with a structure and a system of guidelines which will provide the most prompt, efficient, and equitable draft possible, if the country should need it.”

Regarding President Obama, “He is registered. There is no doubt in our minds that he has, and we’re quite prepared to say so,” SSS public-affairs specialist Dan Amon told WND.

But the agency’s online search engine now appears to be precluding the public from seeing Obama’s record after allowing unfettered access.

The database allows people to search for registrants as long as a correct name, Social Security Number and date of birth are entered.

On May 5, WND entered the criteria for President Obama, using his date of birth as Aug. 4, 1961, and his Social Security Number, which begins with the Connecticut-issued prefix of 042.

The Selective Service database instantly issued a “matched record” without a problem that day, indicating Obama’s Selective Service Number is               61-1125539-1         61-1125539-1. It lists date of registration as Sept. 4, 1980.

There has been a lot of discussion of the election results in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Kentucky and Arkansas by the talking head on TV and talk show pundits on the radio, not not much information on the results in Oregon. Why am I interested in the results on Oregon? Glad you asked.

Art Robinson ran in the GOP Primary to represent the Oregon in 4th Congressional District. Wise Republican voters selected Dr. Art Robinson to represent them in the November 2010 Congressional race against Democrat Peter DeFazio.

I saw an online video by Art Robinson at the 4th International Climate Change Conference explaining why he is running. He wants to being some scientific rationality to the discussions on issues in Congress, especially climate change. “Let’s have at least one real scientist in Congress,” he said.

The federal government is arguing in a gun-rights case pending in federal court in Montana that state plans to exempt in-state guns from various federal requirements themselves make the laws void, because the growing movement certainly would impact “interstate commerce.”

The government continues to argue to the court that the Commerce Clause in the U.S. Constitution should be the guiding rule for the coming decision. The argument plays down the significance of both the Second Amendment right to bear arms and the 10th Amendment provision that reserves to states all prerogatives not specifically granted the federal government in the Constitution.

WND has reported both on the lawsuit filed by Montana interests seeking affirmation of the 2009 Montana Firearms Freedom Act as well as the growing movement that has seen six other states, Wyoming, South Dakota, Idaho, Utah, Tennessee and Arizona, follow with similar laws.

Have you seen the billboard at I-20 and hwy 21? It simply says, where is the birth certificate? When I first started looking into this, and when all the pundits poo-pooed the birther crowd as lunatics and that the birthplace, time and where of Obama’s birth was said to have already been proven, I didn’t give it much more attention.

However, when it was brought to my attention that an Army officer did not respond to his orders to deploy, claiming that Obama was not legally our president because of his birth, I started watching closer. The army did not court-martial him because they would have had to produce Obama’s birth certificate. Evidently the charges were dropped and the officer got the assignment he wanted, because the Army would not produce the original document.

Why is Obama spending millions of tax money, trying to keep the original document sealed? He and his entire suck up media claim that a “Certificate of Live Birth proves Obama’s legitimacy to serve as president. It does not! It does not have the attending doctor’s name or the name of the hospital. All of the liberal press, including the snopes site on the internet are using the Bill Clinton spin on this matter, but instead of Clinton saying that “I did not have sex with that woman”, they are saying “you birthers can’t question our president, he doesn’t lie,” and expect the common sense people of the world to believe it.

On May 12, the American Patriot Foundation announced that there will be an Article 32 military hearing that may reveal whether President Barack Obama is a native-born citizen of the United States. The hearing is set for June 11, after Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin refused to deploy to Afghanistan “because the president refuses — even in the face of mounting evidence to the contrary — to prove his eligibility under the Constitution to hold office.”

The American Patriot foundation operates the Safeguard Our Constitution website, which generated a great deal of support for the movement for Obama to provide documentation proving his eligibility to serve as President. Those involved in the movement have been dubbed “birthers”, a term that has generally been met with contempt by the mainstream media and Obama supporters. 

However, Lakin’s staunch insistence that Obama is responsible for proving his eligibility has gained some notoriety, even prompting CNN to provide media attention to the movement on Anderson Cooper’s program. On the show, both Lakin and his attorney, Paul Rolf Jensen, presented a series of facts to legitimatize their concerns. 

The “certification of live birth” found on the Internet, which purports to prove that Obama was born in Hawaii, has been dismissed as valid proof, as it is a “short-form” document, as opposed to the “long-form” document that lists the hospital and attending physician. “Short-form” documents are easily obtainable. In addition to Obama’s missing birth certificate, other documentation that has been concealed includes kindergarten, elementary, and secondary school records; college records; Harvard Law Review articles; passport; medical records; Illinois State Bar Association records; baptism records; and adoption records. 

The constitutional language in question is tricky, as it states that the president of the United States must be a “natural born citizen,” though the term has been undefined. Some argue the term means that the president must be born in the United States to two parents that were also born in the United States.  If that proves to be the case, Obama would be disqualified, since he has openly admitted that his father never was a U. S. citizen. However, much of the legal challenge of Obama’s eligibility rests upon the presumption that Obama was not even born in Hawaii, as he claims. 

As a result of Lakin’s oppositional failure to report to duty, charges have been filed against him. According to Safeguard Our Constitution, the charges against Lakin are serious and can result in “years of hard labor in a penitentiary,” but Lakin refuses to rescind his demands, as he asserts that serving in a military operation under an ineligible president is illegal. It is Lakin’s hope that the charges against him will lead to the discovery of information to prove or disprove Obama’s legitimacy, which is his ultimate objective. 

In the past, however, this has not proven to be the case. Attorney John Hemenway was threatened with sanctions by a federal judge when he attempted to challenge Obama’s presidency. Hemenway welcomed the threat, however, as he believed it would lead to a “discovery hearing,” which would necessitate the search for documentation proving Obama’s eligibility. At that point, the court rescinded its sanction threats. 

Any deployment orders filed under Obama that were met by questions of his eligibility have been rescinded. World Net Daily columnist Vox Day writes that this behavior suggests “that the Pentagon generals are not entirely confident that they can demonstrate the legitimacy of their purported commander-in-chief.”  

According to World Net Daily, “Obama’s actual response to those who question his eligibility to be president under the Constitution’s requirement that the U.S. president to be a ‘natural born citizen’ has been to dispatch both private and tax-funded attorneys to prevent anyone from gaining access to his documentation.” 

Lakin joins the ranks of Army doctor Capt. Connie Rhodes and Army reservist Maj. Stefan Cook, both who have also questioned Obama’s legitimacy, but Lakin remains the first-active duty officer to raise issue. …Continue Reading

Congress about to limit political speech of bloggers?

The same sloppy legislative writing that created so many unintended consequences in ObamaCare also plagues the DISCLOSE Act, the effort in Congress to tighten spending rules in the wake of the Citizens United decision — and that’s the generous take on the situation.  Reason’s Bradley Smith and Jeff Patch warn that the perhaps-unintended consequences of legislative language will allow the FEC to regulate political speech online.  The fact that media entities like the New York Times have specific exemptions built into the bill makes the intent, or lack thereof, rather murky: 

Last week, a congressional hearing exposed an effort to give another agency—the Federal Election Commission—unprecedented power to regulate political speech online. At a House Administration Committee hearing last Tuesday, Patton Boggs attorney William McGinley explained that the sloppy statutory language in the “DISCLOSE Act” would extend the FEC’s control over broadcast communications to all “covered communications,” including the blogosphere. 

The DISCLOSE Act’s purpose, according to Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee chair Chris Van Hollen and other “reformers,” is simply to require disclosure of corporate and union political speech after the Supreme Court’s January decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission held that the government could not ban political expenditures by companies, nonprofit groups, and labor unions. 

The bill, however, would radically redefine how the FEC regulates political commentary. A section of the DISCLOSE Act would exempt traditional media outlets from coordination regulations, but the exemption does not include bloggers, only “a communication appearing in a news story, commentary, or editorial distributed through the facilities of any broadcasting station, newspaper, magazine or other periodical publication…” 

In Citizens United, the Supreme Court explicitly rejected disparate treatment of media corporations and other corporations (including nonprofit groups) in campaign finance law. “Differential treatment of media corporations and other corporations cannot be squared with the First Amendment,” Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for the majority. 

No legitimate justification exists for excluding media corporations from regulations on political speech applicable to other corporations, unless the goal is to gain the support of editorial boards funded by the New York Times Co. 

The response to this criticism has been both predictable and instructive.  Instead of actually discussing how Reason got the argument wrong in its initial reporting on the subject, a Public Citizen lobbyist (which supports the legislation) called it a death-panel argument.  Another group attempted to defend Congress by assuring us that the FEC would “most likely … stand by the 2006 Internet rules” and not investigate political bloggers.

Guilty Verdict Handed Down by the Obama Columbia Jury

The past few days have been very intense on all of us that took part in this very interesting event. The jury deliberated for over 3 hours until they came up with the verdict. The defendants were found guilty on all charges and there were so many, but I will basically give you all a quick review.

Mail fraud, wire fraud, Obstruction of Justice and Sedition were the main charges. I would have found Columbia University not guilty of any charges that involved them knowingly undermining the country. I just do not think they knew back in 1981 that they were taking part in a conspiracy to undermine the Government. Their silence about Obama attending Columbia University during his campaign does not meet that level of conspiracy in my opinion. I do not think that was proven, but they can appeal it if they like

Witness Miki Booth

Miki Booth is a Hawaiian born native that is running for congress in Oklahoma, District 2. Booth held up birth certificates that were real long form birth certificates from Hawaii. She then explained the difference between a certificate of Live Birth and a Certification of Live Birth (what Obama posted on Factcheck.org).

Booth testified that anyone could get a Certification of Live Birth, it does not prove ANYTHING. Then she discussed the birth announcements and she stated that anyone could put that in the paper if they want to notify the town about a new baby in the family.

Wayne Allyn Root

Manning discussed his phone call with Wayne Allyn Root and about the article that Root posted on the Internet . many libertarians attacked Root for even considering to testify at this trial. Also, many Columbia University Alumni contacted him as well. What are they afraid of? Root said he never saw or heard of any student named Barack Obama at Columbia University at that time that Obama claims he attended the school. Root had the same major as Barry, but still never heard of him.

Manning submitted the article as evidence.

NEW YORK – Though he’s been in office some 16 months, one-third of his elected term, a multitude of questions still linger as to whether Barack Obama is legally eligible to serve as president of the United States.

And one organization, in Harlem, has decided to move the issue front and center by sponsoring what it calls “a real trial” which it contends will “shed light” on the questions surrounding the 44the president.

Starting Friday and for a full week, the Atlah World Missionary Church will hold in essence a citizen’s court in what it bills as “the greatest trial in American history.”

The “trial” which will include legal scholars and retired court officers will “examine” several issues, among them:

1. Obama’s birth place
2. His citizenship status
3. His academic credentials
4. His ties to the Central Intelligence Agency

The Atlah World Missionary Church, headed by Rev. James Manning, says the proceedings are not a mock trial and are permitted under the U.S. Constitution:

“A number of Americans have been gravely concerned about the eligibility issue of Barack Obama… We have been able to look at the briefs filed by several attorneys and the courts have just refused categorically to allow any access or due process on the matter… We are going to call a 10th Amendment sanctioned trial. It is not a grand jury, it’s not a hearing, it’s a trial and we are going to follow all the rules and practices of both federal and state jurisprudence… We are going to adjudicate this trial in such a way that it will be historically respectful and appellate proof.”
