What a Tea Party!  Estimates range from 1 to 2 MILLION people showed up to protest Obama’s fiscal irresponsibility and march to socialism/fascism.  AP reported the event as tens of thousands of protestors when in fact it was well over a million.  Can you see why people are pissed at the media?

The photo above is a view of part of the crowd of protesters who gathered in Washington, D.C. and around the country today to demand control of reckless runaway government spending and to voice their opposition to the government takeover of healthcare.

Police agencies estimates the crowd at 1.2 million.  ABC News, however, reported this afternoon that the crowd was estimated at 2 million.

No matter which way you cut it, the size and scope of today’s citizen march on Washington is an historic, groundbreaking event.  Ordinary citizens who have been called ‘the great silent majority’ normally do not protest…at least not in public.  That day is long gone.

The outrage expressed by normal, everyday citizens from across the nation at the town hall meetings in August is a case in point.  Never before in recent history or memory have citizens been so clearly, visibly–and audibly–enraged by the actions of their government.

These are the people who go to work everyday, pay the bulk of the taxes of the country, raise families, and do their best to provide a safe environment for themselves in their local communities.  They don’t have time for ‘political activism’ as the hippies who protested the Viet Nam war.

Yet these dedicated men and women, at great personal expense, took the time to travel to Washington to make their voices heard in a tsunami of collective rage, mainly because they have become convinced that their elected leaders are not listening to them any longer.

And you bet they want ’change.’  They want to replace most if not all of the Representatives and Senators in Congress for being hopelessly out of touch with the citizenry.  They want a President who loves liberty, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and who reflects that love in the policies that are proposed…Continue Reading

I was offline for most of the afternoon and early evening — and just learned that the nutroots are claiming that the screenshot of the 9/12 march in D.C. that I posted — taken from a livecam of the event that I linked to here — is somehow “fake.”

The claim is that the shot came from the Kennedy procession or a previous left-wing protest and that the flag at half-mast proves that it was “fake.”

Newsflash for the clueless: Flags were still at half-mast earlier today in honor of the murder victims of the 9/11 jihadi attacks.

Guess the 9/11-was-an-inside jobbers are still that much in denial.

I can’t make it to Washington DC today for the national 9/12 march, but I’m with all the marchers in spirit.

It’s been an unprecedented year for limited government activism. It would never have been possible without the early initiative of grass-roots leaders in the #tcot community on Twitter, Smart Girl Politics #DontGo — and concerned women like Keli Carender and Amanda Grosserode who stood up in their communities against reckless spending in Washington before anyone was listening. Before the cable news was paying attention. Before it became fashionable for politicians to latch on.

Activists were derided as amateurs who couldn’t turn out a crowd. Then they were smeared as corporate shills. They were criticized for not having a coherent message. Then they were mocked for ideological single-mindedness. They are resented by professional strategists who accuse them of organizing empty protests that won’t translate into electoral gains. But the movement has given birth to a new generation of movers and shakers who have rejected establishment partisan politics for nimble, Internet-facilitated, issues-based advocacy.

The success of the Tea Party movement and its allies/successors shows that there’s no monopoly on “community organizing.”

You are the change we’ve been praying for.

…we had a hearing on 11th. Defendants were represented by 3 attorneys: US attorney, Pentagon attorney and Fort Benning attorney. they claimed that my client, flight surgeon Cpt  Rhodes MD didn’t show up for no reason, she just didn’t feel like coming.

I presented to the judge a notarized statement, showing that Col Jeffrey Johnson, her commander from Fort Riley, KS has forbidden Connie from leaving Fort Riley a day early and she was threatened that if she does, she will be court martialedand can be thrown into military prison. In this fashion the gov. prevented Connie from being at her own hearing and 5 minutes before the hearing they served me with the motion to dismiss.

Judge Land did not appreciate this strong hand tactic of the government and he ordered the government to make sure Connie is able to leave the base to be at her hearing, which was scheduled for Monday at 12 noon. This time it is their responsibility to do whatever is necessary for Connie to be in court.

A commentator at Canada Free Press says he has obtained copies of two documents apparently prepared by Democrats to certify Barack Obama as their nominee for president in 2008 that suggest House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew there was an unresolved issue with his eligibility under the U.S. Constitution.

 Writer JB Williams describes himself as a “no nonsense commentator on American politics, American history, and American philosophy.” And he say’s he’s gotten possession of copies of the documents in question.

MORE US ATTORNEY FAILURES TO APPLY LAW TO OBAMA SUPPORTERS

The below link is to the story about The Atlantic magazine writer Andrew Sullivan being given special treatment by the US Attorney while continuing with prosecuting others in the same court at the same time for the same charge. It seems the US Attorney feels Mr. Sullivan’s attacks on Sarah Palin and her infant son Trig was worthy of being exempt from prosecution.

It’s always interesting and informative to visit Larry Sinclair’s blog once a day to get is take on what’s going on in his life and the world of politics.  Larry Sinclair is the man who has alleged that he and Obama engaged in consensual sex and used cocaine back in 1999.  Nothing in Mr. Sinclair’s story has been contradicted by any facts.  Obama was available in Chicago during the week in question as far as anyone can tell.  Just like the question of whether Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, entitling him to remain in the Oval Office, Obama has refused to provide any documentation from his past that might refute Mr. Sinclair’s allegations.  I for one, from observing the incredible amounts of deception and hidden agendas present in the White House, believe Larry Sinclair.

Larry Sinclair has sent a copy of his book to the Michelle and Barack for their reading pleasure on their many taxpayer-funded vacations.   I suppose Larry Sinclair would be willing to consider any corrections that Obama would care to point out.  Maybe the Limo was not exactly white, but eggshell white.  Or maybe Obama wanted to do a little catching, but Mr. Sinclair refused him.  Who knows?  It’s interesting how everyone’s memories about events from years back differ in the small details.

I saw that Larry Sinclair had a post up that indicated that he had sent a copy of his book (Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder) to Glenn Beck.  Hopefully, Glenn Beck will read it.  Given that Glenn Beck’s eyes are now wide open to the deceptions and socialist/progressive agendas of the Obama Administration, he may just believe Mr. Sinclair. 

 I also hope that Glenn Beck would revisit the Obama eligibility/natural born citizen issue. Given that Glenn Beck is fully aware how dangerous Obama’s agendas are to our American Republic and freedoms – maybe he will understand that if Obama is found to ineligible to serve as President, ALL of the Czars could be removed and everything Obama did undone. There could be real hope to set America back on course, based on fidelity to its Constitution!

New Delhi. Mumbai. Chechnya. Madrid. London. The question isn’t whether America will suffer a jihadi attack on our passenger rail lines, but when. So, why has President Obama neutered the nation’s most highly-trained post-9/11 counterterrorism rail security team?

All signs point to business-as-usual cronyism and pandering to power-grabbing union bosses.

Amtrak’s Office of Security Strategy and Special Operations (OSSSO) grew out of a counterterrorism and intelligence unit developed by the Bush administration in the wake of global jihadi attacks on mass transit systems. The office was staffed with Special Forces veterans, law enforcement officers, railroad specialists, other military personnel, and experts who collectively possessed hundreds of years of experience fighting on the front lines against terrorism. Each member underwent at least 800 hours of rail security-related training, including advanced marksmanship, close quarters, and protective security exercises.

OSSSO’s mobile prevention teams acted as “force multipliers” working with local, state, and federal authorities across the country to detect, deter, and defend against criminal and terrorist attacks on mass transit. They conducted hundreds of show-of-force, uniformed, and rail marshal rides.

OSSSO also provided security services for President Bush, the Pope, the 2008 Democrat and Republican conventions, then-Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama’s campaign events, and then-Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden’s Amtrak whistle stop tours. The counterterrorism unit’s push to conduct random passenger and baggage screening earned predictable criticism from civil liberties absolutists, but also garnered bipartisan praise on Capitol Hill. Even Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas hailed the rail security team’s work last year:

“Let me congratulate them for being aware” of the threat to rail passengers, the chairman of a House Homeland Security subcommittee on transportation security, told USA Today in July 2008. “(But) this has to be the new standard for Amtrak.”

How will Congress react to the news that this high standard has been obliterated?

According to multiple government sources who declined to be identified for fear of retribution, OSSSO’s East Coast and West Coast teams have not worked in a counterterrorism capacity since the summer. Their long-arms were put under lock and key after the abrupt departures of Amtrak vice president for security strategy and special operations Bill Rooney and Amtrak Inspector General Fred Weiderhold.

Weiderhold played an instrumental role in creating OSSSO’s predecessor at Amtrak, the Counter-Terrorism Unit (CTU). He tapped Rooney to oversee the office. But Rooney was quietly given the “thank you for your service” heave-ho in May and Weiderhold was unexpectedly “retired” a few weeks later — just as the government-subsidized rail service faced mounting complaints about its meddling in financial audits and probes….Continue Reading

Tomorrow at 2pm hearing for Captain Connie Rhodes MD in GA

September 10th, 2009 I just got word from Ms. Sweeden, clerk for District Court Judge for the Middle District of GA. We were granted an emergency hearing for Captain Connie Rhodes, MD, flight surgeon, who is scheduled to be shipped to Iraq day after tomorrow on September the 12th. Capt Rhodes states that she is willing to go to Iraq, as long as she knows that the orders going down the chain of command are lawful orders. We asked this case to be certified as a class action case, as she represents a whole class of plaintiffs situated in similar position. The hearing will be tomorrow at 2pm in Columbus GA, Federal Building 1201 12th street. Judge Clay D. Land courtroom. Judge Land was gracious and a real Southern gentleman in that he waived the technical requirement of a signature of the local counsel as a contact.

I hope that members of the military and other patriots of this country will be in the courtroom to support Cpt. Rhodes MD.
I will be making my travel arrangements shortly.

US. ARMY CAPTAIN FOLLOWS IN MAJ. STEPHEN COOK’S FOOTSTEPS, SEEKING JUDIDIAL REVIEW OF OBAMA’S LEGALITY AS CIC

(Sept. 10, 2009) — Last Friday the crusading attorney, Dr. Orly Taitz, filed in Federal District Court, Middle District of Georgia, Columbus Division, the action Rhodes vs. Mac Donald et al., on behalf of Captain Connie Rhodes, who is seeking temporary injunction on her redeployment overseas, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama, not being a Natural Born Citizen, and hence incapable of lawful excercise of the US Presidency, cannot lawfully redeploy Military Personel as Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Armed Forces.

While similar to the case of Maj. Stephen Cook, U.S. Army Reserve, this suit is more involved, as it seeks Class Action status and requests a trial by jury.

In this case, Attorney Taitz argues pointedly that Title 10,  § 928 of the Uniform Service  Code (Article 138 UCMJ) is unconstitutional on its face, and as implemented in Army Reg. 27-10 on the grounds that it deprives service men and women a means of verifying the lawfulness of orders, since it fails to allow for such a verification, esp. in the case of the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency, obedience in fact to whom would render Captain Rhodes, in her opinion, incapable of observing her military oath, and result in irrepable damages.

Rhodes specifically files suit in the name of herself and all other commissioned officers serving under the de facto presidency of Barack Obama.

In the pleadings Attorney Taitz argues that the current Army regulations fail to include the nationally and internationally recognized principle that “responsible military officers must and should at all times question the legality and propriety of orders which come from doubtful and questionable sources, or under circumstances which arise which give the appearance of impropriety or illegitimacy.”

Taitz further argues that Rhodes, “submits and charges that the current de facto President is an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, an unqualified imposter . . . and that she (Capt. Rhodes) cannot lawfully act under his authority, but that she is being forced to do so without ANY opportunity or remedial avenue whatsoever.” (sic).  And that failure to grant remedy to such commands by a usurper, “would constitute involuntary servitude or judicially sanctioned rape of her individual autonomy.”…Continue Reading

Congratulations go out to Dr. Orly Taitz and the Honorable Judge Carter for taking one more step in the pursuit of Justice.  Everyone should expect Obama’s attorneys to do everything they can to delay discovery.  Should Judge Carter rule against Obama’s attorneys’ Motion to Dismiss on October 5^th, expect an immediate appeal of that order.  It is likely that discovery will not occur for some time.

However, today we should take a breath and be thankful for a judge who gets it.  Speaking as a veteran, it is atrocious for Obama to continue to put every member of America’s military in the position of following orders that in all likelihood are unlawful.

It remains in Obama’s hands if he will do the right thing. Will Obama come clean with his past by providing the documentation that has been requested by Dr. Taitz? Will Obama do the right thing and relieve the United States military of this unprecedented burden of uncertainty?  If his past actions are any indication, the answer is clear.  No, he will not. He will be kicking, screaming and vilifying all the way.

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months from now!

I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief.  About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama’s attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday.  He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed.  Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that.  I guess Obama would prefer a “kangaroo court” instead of a Federal court!  Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).

The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war.  He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court!  He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times.  Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous….Continue Reading

Larry Sinclair has sent a copy of his book to the Michelle and Barack for their reading pleasure on their many taxpayer-funded vacations.   I suppose Larry Sinclair would be willing to consider any corrections that Obama would care to point out.  Maybe the Limo was not exactly white, but eggshell white.  Or maybe Obama wanted to do a little catching, but Mr. Sinclair refused him.  Who knows?  It’s interesting how everyone’s memories about events from years back differ in the small details.

I saw that Larry Sinclair had a post up that indicated that he had sent a copy of his book (Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder) to Glenn Beck.  Hopefully, Glenn Beck will read it.  Given that Glenn Beck’s eyes are now wide open to the deceptions and socialist/progressive agendas of the Obama Administration, he may just believe Mr. Sinclair. 

I also hope that Glenn Beck would revisit the Obama eligibility/natural born citizen issue. Given that Glenn Beck is fully aware how dangerous Obama’s agendas are to our American Republic and freedoms – maybe he will understand that if Obama is found to ineligible to serve as President, ALL of the Czars could be removed and everything Obama did undone. There could be real hope to set America back on course, based on fidelity to its Constitution!

Today is the day of Dr. Orly Taitz’s hearing before the Honorable Judge Carter.  The Department of Justice has responded with a typical Obamanista response. 

Basically, the DOJ response is that since Attorneys’ directing legal challenges in over 50 cases across the nation and nearly half a million citizens signing petitions, writing letters, sending emails, and calling Congress failed to break through the intentional wall of oblivion of the media, the State Officials in charge of elections, District Attorney’s across the nation, Electors of the fifty states, and Members of the House and Senate – no one in the United States has standing to challenge Obama’s lack of eligibility after Congress ratified the vote of the Electoral College, other than the same Congress that allowed the fraud. 

The DOJ argues that other candidates who were cheated and members of the military who are sworn to protect the Constitution and are prohibited from following unlawful orders have NO standing.

The argument is analogous to a Senator driving drunk, his car goes in a river, his date dies and the Prosecutors for political reasons turn their heads, look the other way and say let God sort it out.  Then people are somehow expected to believe that the same prosecutors will months later revisit their neglect.  It will never happen.  Well ladies and gentlemen, that is just crap.

At 11:30 Eastern Time, I will send up a short prayer in hopes that God will sort out Judge Carter’s Marine Heart.

This is the same type of procedural tap-dancing that Judge Carter said that he would not be entertaining.  The electors were informed of Obama’s lack of eligibility, Senators were notified, House Members were notified, and the media was notified. They all shirked their duty.  Now those in the military must have standing because they are the ones who are in jeopardy of following “unlawful orders”. Given the Obama Administration’s predisposition to a transnational surrender of American sovereignty, it is entirely possible that countries like Spain or Pakistan might decide that individual American soldiers can be deemed war criminals because they are following orders that inflict death and injury when any reasonable soldier would determine that all orders from Obama are “unlawful orders”.

DOJ to judge: dump birthers’ suit

The Justice Department is urging a federal court to toss out a lawsuit in which prominent birthers’ attorney Orly Taitz is challenging President Barack Obama’s Constitutional qualifications to be president.

In a motion filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, Calif., government lawyers did not directly rebut the conspiracy theory Taitz propounds that Obama was not born in Hawaii as he claims and as asserted by Hawaiian officials as well as contemporary newspaper birth notices. Instead, the federal attorneys argued that the suit is inherently flawed because such disputes can’t be resolved in court and because the dozens of plaintiffs can’t show they are directly injured by Obama’s presence in office.

“It is clear, from the text of the Constitution, and the relevant statutory law implementing the Constitution’s textual commitments, that challenges to the qualifications of a candidate for President can, in the first instance, be presented to the voting public before the election, and, once the election is over, can be raised as objections as the electoral votes are counted in the Congress,” Assistant United States Attorneys Roger West and David DeJute wrote. “Therefore, challenges such as those purportedly raised in this case are committed, under the Constitution, to the electors, and to the Legislative branch.”

Yesterday, Factcheck.org admitted they reported a false fact concerning the alleged expiration of President Obama’s Kenyan citizenship.  They gave credit to this blog for correcting them:

Our Aug. 29, 2008, Ask FactCheck item asking whether Obama has Kenyan citizenship… stated that Obama did have dual citizenship as a child but that it expired as an adult.  But Leo Donofrio, a former lawyer, argues that we got the year wrong. He’s right about that, and we have corrected the item.

Initially, we said that Obama’s citizenship expired in 1982, on Obama’s 21st birthday. In fact, however, the Kenyan Constitution provides a two-year window during which one can decide which citizenship to keep. So, President Obama’s Kenyan citizenship expired on Aug. 4, 1984, not 1982, as we had initially reported.

We regret the error.

It’s not that they simply “got the year wrong”,  it’s that they misconstrued the statute which required a deeper analysis in order to comprehend how to arrive at the proper date.

Unfortunately, they made another factual error above;  I am not a former lawyer.  I am currently a lawyer with an active, pristine law license in the state of New Jersey.  I expect Factcheck.org to correct the defamatory statement.

Factcheck.org also incorrectly implied that I’m mixed up in the birth certificate issue.  I am not.  For those who don’t know the history of my blog, I’ve been asking a genuine legal question which stipulates Obama was born in Hawaii:

Since Obama admits he was a dual citizen governed by British law at birth, how can he be considered a natural born citizen of the US?

As to this question, Factcheck.org alleges a conspiracy theory.  But where is the conspiracy?  The US Supreme Court has never issued a ruling defining “natural born citizen”.  I have taken a position on this issue.  Others take the opposite position.  If taking a position thereto is a conspiracy theory, then their position must be the opposite conspiracy theory….Continue Reading

If you are close to Dr. Orly Taitz’s hearing on September 8^th, you might think about taking your kids to the hearing!  If you can’t attend the hearing, you may want to keep your kids at home. It seems that on September 8^th, Obama will be taking another step in making devotees/little sheeple out of your kids.  I urge you not to allow your little lambs to lose their independence and innocence.

A lesson in Democracy and the Constitution would be much better for America’s children than having them take another step towards being part of Obama’s socialist army. Obama’s indoctrination attempts with our children remind me of what Adolf Hilter did in Germany with their youth. How’d that work out?

The school guides now featured front and center on the www.ed.gov website were developed by the White House Teaching Fellows — a group which includes several activist educators as you’ll see below.

Downplaying academic achievement in favor of left-wing radical activism in the public schools is rooted in old neighborhood pal and Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers’ pedagogical philosophy. It was the Chicago Annenberg Challenge way when the two served as board members of the educational foundation — and it is the Washington Obama way now.

“ABC” stands for All Barack’s Children. On September 8, young students across the country will be watching television. Yes, they’ll be parked in front of the boob tube and computer screens watching President Obama’s address on education.

Instead of practicing cursive, reviewing multiplication tables, diagramming sentences, or learning something concrete, America’s kids will be lectured about the importance of learning. And then the schoolchildren, from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, will be exhorted to Do Something — other than sit in their seats and receive academic instruction, that is.

Education Secretary Arne Duncan dispatched letters to principals nationwide boasting that “This is the first time an American president has spoken directly to the nation’s school children about persisting and succeeding in school.” But the goal is not merely morale-boosting. According to White House event-related guides developed by the U.S. Department of Education’s Teaching Fellows, grade-school students will be told to “listen to the speech” and “could think about the following:”

*What is the President trying to tell me?

*What is the President asking me to do?

*What new ideas and actions is the President challenging me to think about?

• Students can record important parts of the speech where the President is asking them to do something. Students might think about: What specific job is he asking me to do? Is he asking anything of anyone else? Teachers? Principals? Parents? The American people?

After the speech, teachers will ask students:

*What do you think the President wants us to do?

*Does the speech make you want to do anything?

*Are we able to do what President Obama is asking of us?

Obama’s White House Teaching Fellows include Chicago high school educator Xian Barrett, a fierce opponent of charter schools who founded a “Social Justice Club” and bussed students to protests and Michelle Bissonette, a Los Altos, Calif., teacher who is “focused on developing my leadership as a more culturally and racially conscious educator.”

Historically, a key SDS and Weathermen objective was to piggyback upon any black separatist revolt in America, for their overall Marxist ends. Education and “community organizing” became key elements of the adjusted Weathermen model of revolution, when they confronted limits to the political success of blowing up buildings and the people in them.

Obama’s school-age mentor, Frank Marshall Davis had the same communist goals for public education. What a coincidence, for the boy now all grown up and hiring fellow Marxists and Social Darwinists into his shadowy “Czar” cabinet, over at 1600. Why, now this student is (allegedly) the President, of all of America! Leader of the free world! It’s always interesting and informative to visit Larry Sinclair’s blog once a day to get is take on what’s going on in his life and the world of politics.  Larry Sinclair is the man who has alleged that he and Obama engaged in consensual sex and used cocaine back in 1999.  Nothing in Mr. Sinclair’s story has been contradicted by any facts.  Obama was available in Chicago during the week in question as far as anyone can tell.  Just like the question of whether Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, entitling him to remain in the Oval Office, Obama has refused to provide any documentation from his past that might refute Mr. Sinclair’s allegations.  I for one, from observing the incredible amounts of deception and hidden agendas present in the White House, believe Larry Sinclair.

Larry Sinclair has sent a copy of his book to the Michelle and Barack for their reading pleasure on their many taxpayer-funded vacations.   I suppose Larry Sinclair would be willing to consider any corrections that Obama would care to point out.  Maybe the Limo was not exactly white, but eggshell white.  Or maybe Obama wanted to do a little catching, but Mr. Sinclair refused him.  Who knows?  It’s interesting how everyone’s memories about events from years back differ in the small details.

I saw that Larry Sinclair had a post up that indicated that he had sent a copy of his book (Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder) to Glenn Beck.  Hopefully, Glenn Beck will read it.  Given that Glenn Beck’s eyes are now wide open to the deceptions and socialist/progressive agendas of the Obama Administration, he may just believe Mr. Sinclair. 

I also hope that Glenn Beck would revisit the Obama eligibility/natural born citizen issue. Given that Glenn Beck is fully aware how dangerous Obama’s agendas are to our American Republic and freedoms – maybe he will understand that if Obama is found to ineligible to serve as President, ALL of the Czars could be removed and everything Obama did undone. There could be real hope to set America back on course, based on fidelity to its Constitution!

Being Born Subject to a Foreign Power, Obama Cannot be President and Military Commander

Having just won a revolution, the Founders were faced with constituting a new nation. Under the constitutional plan devised by the Founders, they had to identify who were the members of the new nation. They called these members “citizens” of the United States. Thus, they created our first generation of United States “citizens.” These persons were either born abroad or in the British colonies before July 4, 1776 or abroad or in the new States thereafter, but in all cases inhabited one of the colonies or States and were loyal to the American revolution. The Founders under Article II grandfathered these original “citizens” to be eligible to be President. Under this plan, once the new nation had its first generation “citizens,” it was placed in position to have in the future its Article II “natural born Citizens,” who would be born in the United States after the adoption of the Constitution and descend from mothers and fathers who were both original “citizens.” Given that America was already a land of immigrants and that the Founders expected that many more immigrants would come to its shores in search of a new life and to share in its vast resources, they gave Congress in Article I, Sec. 8, cl. 4 the power to naturalize aliens and thereby create more future first generation United States “citizens.” Having become a naturalized “citizen,” one would then be in a position to procreate with another “citizen” (born or similarly naturalized) a “natural born Citizen” who would be eligible to be President.

Throughout American history, there have been no doubts or disputes as to who is a “natural born Citizen.” As we have seen, it was not English common law but the law of nations that became United States common law that defined a “natural born Citizen.” [Link to Prior Article on The Law of Nations and The Principles of Natural Law] It defined such a citizen as being born in the country to parents who are themselves citizens. It is this definition which our United States Supreme Court incorporated into our federal common law. It is this definition that creates subsequent generation “citizens” who are “natural born Citizens.” They are subsequent generation because born in the country to a mother and father who are citizens.

Pentagon worried about Obama’s commitment to Afghanistan

The prospect that U.S. Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal may ask for as many as 45,000 additional American troops in Afghanistan is fueling growing tension within President Barack Obama’s administration over the U.S. commitment to the war there.

On Monday, McChrystal sent his assessment of the situation in Afghanistan to the Pentagon, the U.S. Central Command, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and NATO. Although the assessment didn’t include any request for more troops, senior military officials said they expect McChrystal later in September to seek between 21,000 and 45,000 more troops. There currently are 62,000 American troops in Afghanistan.

However, administration officials said that amid rising violence and casualties, polls show a majority of Americans now think the war in Afghanistan isn’t worth fighting. With tough battles ahead on health care, the budget and other issues, Vice President Joe Biden and other officials are increasingly anxious about how the American public would respond to sending additional troops.

The officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to talk to the media, said Biden has argued that without sustained support from the American people, the U.S. can’t make the long-term commitment that would be needed to stabilize Afghanistan and dismantle al-Qaida. Biden’s office declined to comment.

“I think they (the Obama administration) thought this would be more popular and easier,” a senior Pentagon official said. “We are not getting a Bush-like commitment to this war.”….Continue Reading

JERUSALEM – President Obama’s environmental adviser, Van Jones, was the main speaker at an anti-war rally that urged “resistance” against the U.S. government, WND has learned.

The rally was sponsored by an organization associated with the Revolutionary Communist Party, which calls for the overthrow of the U.S. government and its replacement with a communist dictatorship.

WND previously reported Jones, special adviser for green jobs, enterprise and innovation to the White House Council on Environmental Quality, is an admitted black nationalist and radical communist.

In 2002, Jones was a keynote speaker at a rally at People’s Park in Berkeley, Calif., to mark the national launch of Not In Our Name, a Maoist, terrorist-supporting, anti-war group founded by Revolutionary Communist Party member C. Clark Kissinger. People’s Park was created during the radical political activism of the late 1960s.

According David Letterman’s website, wackjob science czar Dr. John Holdren is scheduled to appear Wednesday night, September 2.

Holdren has been a guest on Letterman before. He visited in April 2008 to ply global warming scare propaganda.

Not a peep from Letterman about Holdren’s spectacularly wrong predictions and irresponsible alarmism.

And we certainly won’t expect a peep from Letterman about Holdren’s extremist musings on forced abortions, mass sterilizations, and undesirables.

Holdren’s office has gotten away with stonewalling questions about the science czar’s promotion of his colleague and mentor, eugenicist Harrison Brown.

1) Does Dr. Holdren disavow the population control extremism of his intellectual mentor and colleague, Harrison Brown or not?

2) Does Dr. Holdren also view the world population as a “pulsating mass of maggots?”
