Obama Threatens Keyes and other Eligibility Plaintiffs – ALAN KEYES

As many of you know, I am party to one of the lawsuits seeking evidence that would help to establish, one way or the other, whether Obama in fact meets the U.S. Constitution’s eligibility requirements for the office of President of the United States. To understand my view of the critical issues involved see the WND articles The End of the Constitutional Republic, and Obama, Oaths and the End of Constitutional Government.) Now Obama’s lawyers have filed a motion to quash our effort to obtain the relevant documents (cf. Bob Unruh’s WND article Sanctions sought in eligibility case.) I am told that it includes a demand that monetary penalties be assessed against me and the other plaintiffs in the suit. Though not unexpected, this motion confirms Obama’s ruthless determination to destroy anyone who continues to seek the information the Constitution requires. Why should they demand penalties against citizens who are simply seeking the enforcement of the Supreme Law of the Land? It is simply because their persistence runs contrary to the will of a supposedly popular demagogue? This smacks of tyrannical arrogance. That Obama thus signals his intent to bring financial ruin on those who won’t accept his cover-up of the circumstances of his birth is a tactical escalation. It confirms the common sense suspicion that he won’t act forthrightly in this matter because he has something to hide.

As one of the targets of this escalation, I need no more convincing proof of the ruthless disposition so far successfully masked by his empty rhetoric of hope and change. Obviously he means to offer hope only to those willing to surrender their most basic rights. To any who insist on questioning his actions, he offers the drastic change of ruin and destruction. So be it. We shall be among those who learn firsthand the meaning of the sacrifices made by the Founders of our free republic, as they pledged and gave up their lives, their fortunes and the world’s esteem.

To tell you the truth, I expected Obama’s ruthlessness, as I expect that it will escalate until his threats extend to liberty and even life itself. Tyrants are like that (yeah, they are.) What I am not so certain of is the disposition of the people of this country, and in particular of those who still avow allegiance to the Constitutional Republic. For all their posturing in opposition to Obama’s socialist schemes, Republican Party leaders show no disposition to notice, much less decry, his determination to subvert the Constitution. But does the self-serving reticence of such so-called leadership truly represent the disposition of the people whose sovereignty they seem so ready to abandon? In politics as in war, real leadership does not consist in titles and position, but in those willing to stand in the forefront of the battle, where taunts and wounds and even death await the ones who raise a rallying flag. The fate of that flag depends, however, not on their willingness to brave the dangers, but on the courage and heart of those who, seeing that flag, return with renewed courage to the fight. Though they not know not if it will stand or fall, will they decide that either way it should not meet its fate without them?

People who have been watching recent events with any discernment must realize by now that, for all his talk of material salvation for the masses, the Obama faction really means to strengthen only those willing to serve in the army of their domineering ambition. Thanks to the phony stimulus package, they will soon have billions of taxpayer dollars with which to nourish this servile allegiance to his will. Including myself, many of the people willing to articulate and act against his overthrow of Constitutional liberty have nothing in their coffers except the grace from God to see a little truth, and the courage to speak it, drawing upon the example of His Son. But time and again in America’s history, a little truth has been sufficient to reach into the reserve of love for God and liberty on tap in the patriot hearts and consciences of those who would be free.

So to my fellow plaintiffs with the courage to stand firm, and to all those who may lose by the price they pay for it, I say keep faith and pray- not so much for yourselves as for the heart and conscience of the good people of your country. Trust that there still burns a candlelight of liberty within them, and a thought for those who would rather be consumed as its wick than surrender to the wickedness that now seeks its destruction.

OBAMA ADMINISTRATION STAFF ATTACK PA DOCTOR

As most who have followed this blog for the past year know, this blog, my Original Youtube account, two Hotmail and one AOL email accounts were hacked into on October 10th and 11th, 2008. In those accounts were private emails between my Attorneys and I, media persons as well as Citizens who have the right to their opinions.

The hackers (under the supervision of the Obama staffers and with the assistance of Blue States Digital) have now for the past three months taken portions of the stolen emails and attempted to intimidate me by posting that info in comments on the blog as anonymous….

….Last night a person I call a friend, Dr. Ila Peterson received an email from this Obama organized group of internet thugs telling her she better get an attorney. This less than a month after this group posted a comment under the name “Make Noise” stating Dr. P is going to be ruined. In addition to the email sent to Dr. Peterson last night, this group has openly conspired to slander and libel this American Citizen on this web site operated on GoDaddy.com which is registered to Blue States Digital (The Obama for America web administrator located in Washington, DC)

Let me tell the Obama Administration and its hired internet thugs something. Dr. Peterson is an American Citizen who has the legal right to hold her own opinion, to come to her own decisions on who is telling the truth, and who has the legal right to spend her money any way she decides. None of which is in violation of any Law of any State nor of the US….

…This group has threatened the employment of Dr. Peterson, they have threatened to attack non-profit charities supported by Dr. Peterson, they have threatened to go after Dr. Peterson’s co-workers and associates. Because Dr. Peterson believes I have the right to be heard and because she believes Barack Obama is not what the media has portrayed him as, she is threatened, attacked and as is always the case with the Obama Idiots, immediately called a racist, which could not be any further from the truth. Standing up for what you believe comes with a price sometimes. If you can’t look yourself in the mirror and say that I have acted honorably and in accordance with my beliefs, you need to find something of real value to believe in.  Freedom of Speech is one of the most precious Freedoms we have and must be defended or we will lose our other Freedoms as well.  We must defend the rights of those we disagree with to speak or there is no Freedom of Speech.

I don’t know if you have noticed or not, but I have put a link to the National Rifle Association up on the right side of this blog. Throughout the years, the NRA has been on the front lines defending the Constitution against those who would do harm.  The NRA has its focus on the Second Amendment to the Constitution but the same principles apply to defending all rights that are guaranteed under this precious document.  During this period of the BOPAC Administration, we must all be vigilant because the Constitution is under threat.  As a Veteran, the Constitution is important to me and I will not stand by and allow it to attacked by someone I believe not eligible to serve as President of the United States and/or his friends.

One ominous sign is the “Stimulus” Bill that was just passed-  It is clearly illustrative of a Bill with no effort to consult with those with differing views, with no time for Representatives to read the Bill, with no time or consideration of the public’s opinion, with very few job creation measures,and with mainly payback provisions for Democrat friends and associations.

Another bad sign is the effort/discussion that hints at bringing back the “Fairness Doctrine”, which is an attempt to censor conservative voices.  Those that attack and blame America have ABC, NBC, CBS and most of the newspapers.  There is one island that allows opposition voices and that is talk radio.  Talk radio has an audience and can generate revenue for stations.  Air America went broke because no one was interested in what they were saying.

Unfortunately, there are also efforts underway to change the Constitution of the United States.  Two proposals deal with the number of terms a person may serve as President and the definition of Citizen.  I would suspect that these will be on the fast tract with Obama in the Oval Office.

WHY the military must weigh in on this issue:

We encourage active duty and retired military service men and
women (not in a disability status) to take a stand and become
plaintiffs in a lawsuit to determine the constitutional
eligibility for office of the sitting president.
(However, being on significant disability would prevent recall
in the event of an emergency.) The Constitution states that a
president must be a natural born citizen.

Military personnel both active duty and retired, if recalled,
may be called upon to execute orders rendered by the
Commander-in-Chief, the president of the United States.
Military personnel must trust that any orders originating from
the POTUS are sound.

If the POTUS is not constitutionally eligible for the position
held, the orders would not be considered legitimate. However,
unless this matter is resolved no one will ever know if that is
the case or not and whether the orders received are legitimate.
The natural born citizen requirement was written in to ensure
the allegiance and loyalty of the POTUS to the country.

It is a very legitimate action, since Soetoro/Obama has been hiding all his records and no court has ever heard the case on the merits, no judge has ever issued any Judicial subpoena, telling US citizens, that they have no standing to question legitimacy of the president. Clearly lawmakers have better standing and that is what the law makers should do, represent their constituency. Obama – Lack of Transparency – Stimulus Bill – Midnight Legislating – Feinstein Slipping in Legislation – Free Speech – Common Sense – Larry Sinclair

The Obama attacks on Free-Speech and other Constitution Rights continue. Promising open & transparent government, Obama and his friend continue to demonstrate just the opposite. The Stimulus Conference was conducted primarily behind closed doors with no Republican input. In the sessions that included Republicans, they were ignored. (Open & transparent, my left foot.)

A couple of days ago, we learned that health care provisions were slipped into the bill that could result in Big Brother controlling health care decisions made by our doctors. Given Obama’s lack of respect for the unborn, it should be expected that those on the other end of the life spectrum are not highly valued either. If an older person needs a procedure that could prolong their life, but costs too much according to Big Brother, the Senior Citizen’s health decision made together with his or her doctor could be vetoed and the person left to die. (Just like infants who survive abortions in Obama’s world order could be left to die.)

Now we learn that Sen. Feinstein is trying to slip in legislation that could give Big Brother more power over what they decide is “bad” content. I agree that child porn should be gone after aggressively, but it’s a slippery slope. During the election, Google appeared to be heavily censoring sites that were too critical of Obama. Now Google is advising Obama, could they be put in charge of determining appropriate content? Could criticism of the person in the Oval Office lead to certain IP address’s being ignored when someone conducts a Google Search? This happened to my site. For over a month prior to the election, no one could find zachjonesishome.wordpress.com when searches were conducted.

Legislation for these types of issues should not be slipped into bigger legislation without debate and public awareness. If the past is considered, politicians in power will attempt to silence those who criticize. Did you hear Obama’s crew is planning to bring back the “Fairness Doctrine”? These issues need be debated and crafted carefully so they will not trample on Political speech. Especially in light of the fact that the American media cannot be relied upon to look behind Obama’s curtain.

According to Public Knowledge, Feinstein’s network management amendment did not find a home in the stimulus bill that landed on the Senate floor. Rule One: If you reward bad behavior, you get bad behavior.

In the news this week and probably in the weeks to come is the financial mess that threatens the U.S. economy. I sincerely hope that all parties (Congress, Wall Street, & Taxpayers) will take just a little time to consider the common sense lessons that most of us know to be true. The most important rule in shaping behavior is that if you reward bad behavior you will get more bad behavior.

Once we look past the spin the election and media are putting on this issue, we will find common sense pointing to a clear violation of the basic rule about rewarding bad behavior.

For years and years, bankers relied on time honored rules concerning the lending of money for purchasing houses. These rules included the following:

· Never lend more than a borrower can afford to repay;

· Never lend 100% of the value of the home because it important for the borrower to have a financial stake in the purchase and if home value goes down in the short term the banker’s risk will remain secured; and,

· If a loan has any possibility of remaining as a bank asset, make damn sure the first two rules are followed.

The current financial mess clearly stems from numerous legislative actions that effected the latter of these guiding principles in mortgage lending. Historically, risk to the mortgage lender and to the borrower (the possibility of losing equity) had kept this system secure and rolling along for years.

As you know, TN legislature started it’s session yesterday and the very first day Rep Eric swfford signed a consent to be one of my plaintiffs and I believe he i will be the one to  introduce the bill for Souvereinty. TN will be the 21 state. Nearly half of  the states introduce bills of Souvereignty from the US and  our garbage main street media wouldn’t write a word.

After visiting the Capitol, I visited the US att. office with  a group TN residents and  patriots. We had a very productive meeting with Asst. US attorneys, initially with Dave Rivera and later a more in depth meeting with Matt Everett. Mr. Everett will be forwarding info to FBI. As of now a number of US att. and FBI offices were alerted: Chicago Illinois, Pensacola Florida, San Francisco and Los Angeles CA, Austin TX, Mobil Alabama- to name a few.

I have also visited the convention of NRB- National Religious Broadcasters and a Prayer dinner, honoring CEO and President of CBN- Christian Broadcasting Network Mr. Michael Little. I had an opportunity to talk to Mr. Little and he expressed his support and promised to talk to other people in the media.
I was able to talk to MR. Orr, Board Council member of CBN, he and his wife expressed support and desire to assist us. I talked to retired justice Roy Moore. He stated “when this is over,  you should get a lot of credit”. He promised to assist.  Together with a  number of volunteers we dispensed some 1000 fliers. How The World Almost Came To An End At 2PM On September 18

LiveLeak has caught a scary moment of previously undisclosed insight by Paul Kanjorski where he reveals some facts that have not been captured by the media previously. At 2 minutes and 20 seconds in the video below, Democratic Representative Kanjorski explains how the Federal Reserve told Congress members about a “tremendous draw-down of money market accounts in the United States, to the tune of $550 billion dollars.” According to Kanjorski, this electronic transfer occurred over the period of an hour or two. And it gets worse. Kanjorski paraphrases the following disclosure by Bernanke and Paulson:

On Thursday (Sept 18), at 11am the Federal Reserve noticed a tremendous draw-down of money market accounts in the U.S., to the tune of $550 billion was being drawn out in the matter of an hour or two. The Treasury opened up its window to help and pumped a $105 billion in the system and quickly realized that they could not stem the tide. We were having an electronic run on the banks. They decided to close the operation, close down the money accounts and announce a guarantee of $250,000 per account so there wouldn’t be further panic out there.

Rush talking:…Now, we’ve gotta allow here for some exaggeration.  It’s amazing this was said on C-SPAN on Thursday, January 27th, and nobody picked up on it.  We got it from a website called LiveLeak.  They were rummaging through things, and they found this.  Now, let’s assume for a second here that elements of this are true.  Let’s assume that there was a $550 billion run, electronic run on the banks and money market accounts in one to two hours.  The question is who was doing this?  Who was withdrawing all this money?  And the next question is why?  That’s where my mind starts exploding, and this is dangerous to have these explosions going this way.  Could it have been George Soros?  Could it have been a consortium of countries — Russia, China, Venezuela — countries that are eager to have Barack Obama elected because they know that will make it easier for them to continue their own foreign policies in the world? In the meantime, five-and-a-half billion dollars in one to two hours, that can probably be confirmed.  The five-and-a-half trillion is speculation based on the rate at which money was coming out.  We could check that the Fed stopped the trading windows, they closed the window. We do know they were pumping money into the system left and right.  And remember when the Federal Reserve loaned elements, $2 trillion and we weren’t told who got the money?  And we still haven’t been told who got the money….Continue

After painfully watching the almost one hour Obama show last night I was amazed at how he used a prime time press conference to tell bold faced lies.

First: Contrary to Obama’s claim that “Tax Cuts” over the past eight years are the cause of the nations current economic crisis, the fact is that during the Bush Administration we enjoy strong economic growth up until the last two of his eight year term. In addition, “Tax Cuts” had nothing to do with the current economy but in fact Barney Frank and Chris Dodds demanding home loans be made to people who had no income source to pay their house payments and the likes of the Penny Pritzkers who made a fortune off of sub-prime lending practices and then let the very banks failure the reason for the nations current economic crisis in the US….Continue Reading

Everyone Falls But Obama

Sun-Times Tony Rezko was moved out of “the hole” back in Dec. and moved to another location.  Obama’s pal is still talking to the feds in hope of a lighter sentence.

A federal grand jury has subpoenaed records on dozens of low-income housing projects built over the last 30 years by indicted businessman William F. Cellini, convicted political fund-raiser Tony Rezko and City Hall insider Allison S. Davis.

Two projects are what Obama has acknowledged playing a minor role. Both of those projects involved Rezko, a former fund-raiser for Obama. One of them included Davis, who was once Obama’s boss at a small law firm.

In all, Rezko got more than a dozen deals from IHDA, often with the help of Davis’ law firm, Davis Miner Barnhill, a small firm that specialized in helping developers get government funding for low-income housing.

Obama has said he did six hours of legal work in 1995 on one of the deals now under scrutiny by the grand jury.

Rezko built a senior citizen home, just outside the Illinois Senate district Obama then represented. Though the project was outside his district, Obama wrote letters in 1998 to IHDA and city officials, urging them to give Davis and Rezko government funding. Obama has said he didn’t remember writing the letters, which he has called “form letters” sent out by a staff member.

When I ran for the U.S. Senate against Barack Obama I did my best to speak the truth. I knew when I accepted the invitation of the Illinois Republicans that I stood little or no chance of victory. With few exceptions, everyone I consulted advised against it. Most thought it political suicide. But the facts convinced me that Obama is a dangerous left-wing extremist. When confronted with the proven depravity of his moral views, my faith and conscience convicted me as well. After years of telling audiences that we had to stand for right and truth no matter what the cost, I felt that the Lord would hold me accountable if I refused to walk the talk. Sometimes we are not called to victory, but to witness for truth, as Jesus did, even unto death.

So when I campaigned in Illinois I let no false ambition; no kind of blandishment or intimidation; and no whispers of political gain or loss distract me from speaking the truth. I talked about Obama’s extremist support for abortion (including his unconscionable willingness to tolerate infanticide in Illinois hospitals); I described him as a hard line socialist, pointing out his uncompromising commitment to central government control of health care and education; I pointed to the contradiction between his professed support for traditional marriage and his consistent promotion of the homosexual agenda. I remember talking to people, including Republican leaders, and others who have built little empires and big reputations as leaders of the so-called “Christian right”, (what I call more appropriately the moral conservatives). Time and again I heard in response feckless mumblings about how moderate he seemed in his speech at the Democratic convention.

Time and again I felt the implication that I was somehow exaggerating, imprudently “demonizing the opposition.” They did little or nothing. And when the pro-abortion elements of the Illinois Republican Party openly went on the offensive against my refusal to back down from my stand for moral principle and real conservatism, in silence and inaction these leaders complied with their politically ruthless intention.

Meanwhile I and my family encountered from the Obama forces the ugliest indignities I have ever experienced in politics: Parades in which Obama’s marshaled minions shouted curses and epithets almost every step of the way; and forums in which they rudely launched expletives with gestures just short of physical violence. At one such forum the environment they created was so ugly that my wife was visibly shaken, and my daughter in tears. Even on Election Day, when we went to the polling place to vote, a man there created a disturbance. He shouted insults. He acted in a physically threatening way. Nothing was done to stop him, and the pandering Illinois media breathed hardly a word about it in their so-called news coverage.

In all of this there was a hard edged disdain for decent civility that reminded me of the murderous invective Lenin launched against those who opposed the communist agenda. But it all took place behind a media fabricated façade of false hope and moderateness, like the propaganda screen behind which the totalitarians of the twentieth century hid their perpetration of atrocity.

Having felt the cutting edge of this reality, on election night I refused to engage in the nice ritual usually associated with the resolution of our political contests in America. Obama’s people treated politics as war. But in war only gutless servility congratulates a ruthless opponent on the victory he has gained without civility. Mine was to be sure, a silent protest but loud enough to have some so-called leaders, supposedly on my side, losing no opportunity to “apologize” for my behavior.

Since 2004 I have walked in the political wilderness. This walk is not without its burdens, but I am heartened when I remember whose footsteps I find there: those of people like Reagan and Winston Churchill who in their dedication to right refused to let ambition triumph over truth. Assaulted, ridiculed, caricatured, ignored, at times reduced to a small and almost covert band of like-minded adherents, they kept their faith. They witnessed the rising power of the evils they warned against. They witnessed the policies of appeasement, retreat and surrender practiced by unprincipled leaders in the face of those evils. They witnessed the day when hard experience finally forced those who had all but forgotten their existence to turn and make a stand against wickedness triumphant over freedom.

I have an ominous feeling about the years ahead. With Obama, we have crossed the line that separates civil politics from civil war disguised as politics. Occupying the White House is a man known for his support and association with people (like leftist Kenyan politician Raila Amollo Odinga) for whom that line appears never to have existed. I predict that American politics as we have known it is gone. And unless we Americans wake up, more than civil politics will end up dead. For there are other footsteps in this wilderness, left by leaders who opposed the Communists when they took over Eastern European countries in the late 1940s, or Asian countries in the fifties, or African countries in the sixties, or South American and South African countries in the eighties, and so on. Mostly we do not know their names, nor can we mark the spot where their lives were overtaken because their compatriots did not wake up in time. But, with the Psalmist, I will fear no evil, for here, as everywhere, I see the footprints of the one who conquered death itself. Wherever they lead, there is life renewed.

Regarding the Stimulus Package -

There are many reasons why this “stimulus” package should NOT be approved by Congress.  One objection is the obscene amounts of money going to pay off Democrats’ special interest groups such as ACORN.  Other objections are the fact that few permanent jobs will be created and that the only jobs that will grow in number are government jobs, which taxpayers get to pay for.   However, for me, the main objection is that this package rewards and encourages the same bad behavior that got us into this mess.

Once upon a time, bankers required borrowers to have sufficient reliable income to make the payments and a substantial financial ownership stake (down-payment) in the “Risk” that was involved in mortgage lending.  Then the Congress started interfering with the concept of “Risk”, which led to this entire fiasco.  First, Bankers were effectively required to lend to borrowers who had questionable ability to repay and who had little personal financial risk in the home purchase.  These are a fundamental rules of the mortgage business.  Banks must take care to make sure “their” money is protected by making sure borrowers have the ability to repay the loan and have a financial stake in the home.

When the government started interfering, banks started making more and more “Risky” loans.  The government started guaranteeing these loans through institutions like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac!  This act changed the “Risk” equation.  Banks started to understand that they were playing with other people’s money and not their own. Mortgage loan officers were being paid on a commission basis and that contributed to more and more loans to borrowers who were unable to repay.  Why should the bank and the loan officer care?  They make the loans and make some money and the “Risk” is on Fannie and Freddie.  More loans are made and the demand for houses goes up.  With the increase in demand, the value of everyone’s houses go up.  Then these bad loans were packaged together and sold world wide and you know the rest of the story. The perfect storm for financial disaster was created by the CONGRESS! (Artificial asset value creation and risk manipulation – Just say No!)

With the current “stimulus” package, the “same” disastrous cycle will be repeated because the time honored “Risk” equation is again being tampered with!  The main problem for the bankers was that they began feeling like the money that was at “Risk” belonged to someone else; so they felt okay about taking more “Risks”.  Now, the people who caused the original problem, Congress, is going to fix it.  These are politicians who always operate entirely with Other People’s Money!  I think you see the problem.

I urge you to call and call and call.

Danger Will Robinson! Obama’s Fairness Doctrine is Raising Its Ugly Head! Media Bias – Eligibility – CitizenWells – Accountability!

Danger Will Robinson! I read World Net Daily’s piece about “The Fairness Doctrine’s” possible return under the BOPAC Administration and the words from Lost In Space jumped out, “Danger Will Robinson!”

There is a danger and the danger is that Americans are only going to have available one version of the “news”. To anyone who has studied the rise of Obama, it is clear that the Main Stream Media is operating in lock step with Obama’s talking points and ignoring anything else that negatively impacts the Obama “Fairy Tale.”

This is a CRITICAL issue “The Unfairness Doctrine”, and Americans MUST not submit to, agree to or sit on the sidelines! The draconian limits on free speech that will be ushered in under the guise of rhetorical romance language such as “Fairness” will put all of America’s rights and freedoms in jeopardy. It’s like voters choosing the ideal of “Change” without adequately investigating the messenger, Obama, or the details of the message.

WASHINGTON – As the National Religious Broadcasters convened today in Nashville, an ominous shroud cast by political chatter about the reimposition of the so-called “Fairness Doctrine” in the nation’s capital hung over the gathering.

NRB President Frank Wright said he sees the move as a credible threat under a Democrat-dominated Congress and with President Obama in the White House.

“And we have a personal concern,” Wright told Broadcasting & Cable. “The only radio station that ever lost its license under the fairness doctrine regime was a Christian radio station in Red Lion, Pa. We are only responding now to the statements the Democrats themselves are making.”

Representing 1,400 organizations, including large ministries and TV and radio stations, NRB said it is “girding itself for a major battle over broadcasting freedoms,” and was prepared to go to court, lobby Congress, or take its message to the public.

“We have talked before about many of these issues, but now, with the shift in the political landscape, I think these same things have a much higher probability of being enacted or at least having legislation and hearings and debates, and on the regulation side at the FCC,” said Wright….Continue Reading

Even though the main stream media ignores the Obama birth certificate controversy it still rages on the internet in articles and blogs. Is it extraneous nonsense, conspiracy claptrap and internet hype. Not by a long shot. Here’s why.

Because of the Supreme Courts refusal to hear the cases put before them after conferencing them the speculation about Obama’s missing documents including his signed birth certificate from the state of Hawaii, the mystery grows, the intrigue is compelling and the arguments have become the most volatile on the web.

In the absence of judicial intervention all the questioners and petitioners have only one avenue of recourse and that is to keep plugging away. With new cases arising and old cases still pending the latest thrust is to approach legislators with the question.

Often overlooked is the simple wisdom used in the logic of both the main stream media and the naysayers in general. In fact the very premise the naysayers are basing their argument on should be turned on them to be most effective. What is that argument?

If the main stream media completely ignores the whole matter it looks like it is no more than the ranting of a few conspiracy theorists and discontented blogospherians. It is a way of saying that the internet hasn’t a clue and bloggers are just blabbermouths to start with so how could they possibly approach the dignity and acceptability of the of the msm? This idea should be set against the pompous for the greatest effect. That argument goes like this.

It was not the Supreme Court that vetted Obama, not the state courts, not the election commissions, not the attorneys general, not the legislature, not the DNC and not the Hawaii Office of Vital Statistics. Just who did vet Barack Obama? You guessed it, the internet!

The document Obama and the DNC offered which is now alleged to be fraudulent was posted only to the internet. The Daily Kos may be the high holy blog spot for space mountain type ego-centric wordsmithing, foul language and liberal blather but it is not the Supreme Court. Snopes and Factcheck are pretty close neighbors to the Kos. Regardless of who owns these sites they are merely more of the same; the internet!

When the msm, the DNC or anyone else tries to portray the Obama documentation activists as a group of conspiracy enthusiasts limited to the undisciplined ravings of the internet it is truly the pot calling the kettle black….Continue Reading

As the media continues to ignore the legal challenges such as Berg v Obama, Hollister v Barry Soetoro, Lightfoot v Bowen, and the 30 or so others, the MSM appears more and more committed to the Obama Fairy Tale. As the media continues to ignore the Rezko connections, Gov. Blagojevich, Ayers, Rev. Wright, and Larry Sinclair, the MSM appears more and more committed to the Obama Fairy Talk.

People are just beginning to wake up; and as they do,the Main Stream Media’s viewership and readership continues to slip, but the media remains committed to the Obama Fairy Tale. I sincerely hope the MSM will soon have a “Come to Jesus” moment and start reporting all of the news in a fair and balanced manner. As for this moment, the Obama Fairy Tale continues.

Mr. Goldberg, I would urge you to talk to Larry Sinclair if you want another example about how the media have ignored and/or misrepresented a story because it ran counter to the media’s Obama “Fairy Tale” narrative.  Mr. Sinclair’s story is along the same line as the John Edwards affair story.  The media did everything in their power to ignore the Edwards story as long as they possibly could so it would not hurt the Democratic Party.  However, John Edwards was not the media’s darling in the election, so they quietly covered the story for a brief time and then hushed up about it. To this day, the media has not investigated and continues to hide the Larry Sinclair story.

Larry Sinclair’s story was/is a much bigger story and threat to Obama.  Larry is alleging  that he and Obama used cocaine and engaged in consensual sex a couple of times during a week in 1999.  The Sinclair story is also simular to Obama’s “birth certificate” controversy in that should Obama wish to silence the critics, he can  easily do so.  To end the eligibility issue, Obama needs only to answer the allegations and provide his original long form birth certificate from Hawaii.  To end the Larry Sinclair issue, Obama simply needs to provide a verifiable record showing that he was not available to Mr. Sinclair during the week in question back in 1999.  To date, as we know, Obama has provided very few of his records for public scrutiny and the media has allowed him to get away with doing so. It seems obvious that Obama fears the paper trail his life has created.

Anyway Mr. Goldberg, I urge you to talk to Larry.  To me, he seems more credible than Obama’s actions have proven Obama to be. Mr. Sinclair has also been helping with your book sales by having your book cover displayed prominently on his Internet site.
